My card had recently expired so my subscription came to a halt so when I go in to cancel and resubscribe as there is currently no other way to update my payment information on the site, I keep getting sent to Checkout, Manage, then the "Couldn't Collect Payment" page even after I had already canceled the subscription.
Had to get to My Subscription through the marketplace cause it doesn't show up in the homepage and it tells me I have two Subscriptions with the status, "Cancelled" and "PastDue".
I'm having a similar issue, though for a different reason. Regardless, the point is that I've pressed "cancel subscription", gave a reason, and told me I successfully unsubscribed at the bottom while lingering on a loading screen for ages. When I go to look at my account, it says I'm unsubscribed, but I'm not able to resubscribe when I go back to that part of the shop because it'll keep saying "Couldn't Collect Payment."

Tickets are addressed in the order they're received and, due to a combination of high influx (unsurprisingly) and other extenuating circumstances, there is a degree of backlog. As such, we ask for patience as the team works to both fix the issue and respond to support tickets
I am locked out of renewing my subscription, too, and am facing some frustrated kids this weekend. I filed a support request, but this issue landed on a Friday.
I have an expired (see unpaid because doofus) subscription for DnDBeyond's Master subscription plan.
Originally when the subscription was expiring, I'd attempted to resubscribe while changing my details to match my paypal account, wherein my initial payment was done via credit card.
Following advice from emailing DnDBeyond support, I've been tasked to cancel my subscription through the site and get a new subscription.
Whenever I try to cancel my subscription, I get an infinite wheel of loading while it actions my cancellation request. I've received an email confirmation.
The website continues to load something, and the email contains a URL to renew my subscription. When selecting the URL, it takes me directly to the Unpaid Subscription page, with the only prompt being to cancel my subscription.
When I try to directly go to new subscription plans, I'm instead taken to the Unpaid Subscription page.
Everything I do takes me to the Unpaid Subscription page, wherein the only option I seem to have is to cancel my cancelled subscription and watch a wheel spin for seemingly eternity.
I'm about to leave the wheel to spin for a few hours to see if anything occurs, but in the meantime if anyone has any advice it would be deeply appreciated as I am incredibly lost on how to fix this.
There's been a serious issue with Subscription Management for the past week or so, it's not just you. We're all hoping it's corrected soon, but probably not until after the weekend.

The team is working to resolve the issue and customer support tickets are being answered in the order they are received. If you submitted a ticket about cancelling a subscription renewal, the team will be able to cross reference the date you submitted the ticket against any auto renewals that may have happened and take appropriate action to rectify the situation.
Hello. I have the master tier but now it’s saying I must select up to unlimited characters to unlock, and it’s denying me to buy the tier again but that’s because it’s still active. Was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue?
I haven’t seen this specific issue, but there have been major problems with the subscription management system of late. I suggest that you file a support ticket using the “contact us” link below. Please be patient: the subscription management issues have flooded the support team with (necessary) support requests, so it will take a bit. Please don’t submit repeat requests for the issue. It will only reset your place in the queue and slow things down for everyone.
Thanks Arwen, I shall go about that now and lodge in a ticket because I was going ti share my books with a friends campaign but couldn’t and now I can’t even ply as all my characters are locked and I don’t want to sit here for about an hour just unlocking all my characters as 90% I built as npc for my world as the DM
After the redirection, the website only displays: Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).
I am running into this same issue. It's pretty annoying because I am needing to upgrade my subscription to share content with my players.

I sent them a ticket two days ago about this issue, but have received no response yet. I'm still locked out of my stuff.

This business is so greasy.
Submitted a help ticket and never received a response.
Now my subscription got renewed and my credit card got charged.
What a gong show.

Whenever I try to manage subscription I get a blank screen that says:
Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).
I've tried 3 different browsers and 2 different devices.
It's been broken for about a week. We're waiting on a fix.

Using Windows 10 Microsoft Edge, I am having issues accessing my subscription (Active Until: Aug 21, 2022) after the update referenced here:

I've cleared cache, history, logged out, logged back in, etc..., but nothing has helped. Any advice?
