I use a Revised Ranger Xix, I just made myself magic items with the features for RR, and have them equipped so that I see them handily on my character sheet. It's not ideal, but it works well enough that I can play my Revised Ranger with ease.
So when can we expect the next version? This is literally the only thing keeping my gaming group from taking the leap into D&D Beyond.
That would be a question better asked to WotC, but anyway the WotC staff (Mike Mearls if I am not mistaken) said they are moving away from the option of having revised version of core classes, and are now considering implementing a "pick and choose" system to allow the addition of alternative class features to be chosen at specific levels.
As an update, the way I currently do it is somewhat more elegant.
I copied the subclass that I chose at level 3 in the Create-A-Subclass section, and added in all of the Revised Ranger features at their appropriate levels ON TOP OF my archetype abilities. So now they appear in class features, as well as in the new actions/bonus actions/other sections.
How do you deal with conflicting information for duplicate abilities, like damage on favored enemies, primeval awareness and other abilities like that.

I put some asterisks next to the RR features AND my subclass features so I know which ones to use, if it doesn't have an asterisk, I know it's not the right feature at a glance. The ones that appear in actions/etc. I can also edit in-sheet and title IGNORE.

This is pretty much how I handled creating a revised ranger for one of my players. Homewbrew sub-class. Clearly marked titles of abilities and whatnot.
Care to include a screenshot or two? Like of the final char sheet and of the creation screen? Would be helpful for me to envision it
Sure thing! I swapped the asterisks to "Ability, REVISED" so it's even more obvious to me, but I think it can work either way, just depends on what you prefer.
Any possibility of making this publicly available for others to use?
MellieDM's post is probably as close as you'll get since the Revised Ranger is WOTC's IP. However, a new homebrew ranger subclass that incorporates its own lore/fluff and means to ignore base class abilities in favor of new ones might could be published. It might be an experiment worth trying for some.
My guiding star for this type of stuff is this: If WOTC wouldn't approve it on dmsguild.com, then I ought not try to publish it here on dndbeyond. And as always, you don't have to publish any homebrew here for it to be available to your characters and your campaigns. (Which is what SkyCaptain was getting at, I believe.)

How to I access Ranger, Revised from UA? I Added "Playtest" content but no new classes show up.
I cannot find a way to create a custom Homebrew class either.
Playtesting Fugare Draconis, an epic tale of adventure, loss, and redemption
The Revised Ranger will be added when the next revision of it is released.
There are currently no plans to support homebrew class creation.

@InquisitiveCoder Thanks for the info.
No plans to support homebrew class creation is fail.
And sad.
I want my Artificer class :(
Even if I have to script it to do so :)

It is UA(Playtest) not homebrew. Which should be enable by playtest material

Born in Italy, moved a bunch, living in Spain, my heart always belonged to Roleplaying Games
That is correct but it's not considered homebrew.
Any update on this?
If there any ETA for this, or for a way to manually add it?
You are correct. MellieDM was simply showing you a way to work around the system.

Nope. Not allowed. Go make your own.
