Steady Aim doesn't populate in the feats and traits section of the rogues character sheet. I have gone through all the character sheet options and cannot find a away to make it populate. Is there a fix for this?

Do I have to purchase all of Tasha's cauldron in order to activate this? I bought the soulknife subclass, but the optional class feature isn't there :/ I have the physical book and don't really want to purchase the digital version just for this feature if I don't have to lol
