It seems a lot of people are missing their redeem key. Myself included. Logged into the DND Store, and clicked the link to get the key, but no key is there. I've submitted a request ticket to Wizards. Another launch/pre-launch with issues. They expect us to think they can create a fully fledged VTT also? Not holding my breath.
Is there a way to cancel my digital-only subscription so I can opt for the bundle and get early access?
Well the digital stuff is usually non- refundable/returnable but you can try to contact customer service and see if you can work something out with them.
My DM bought this physical and digital bundle to get early access. He shared the content with the campaign and we can all see the early access content in DnD Beyond, but we cannot use any of the new character options to build our PCs (he has the Dragonlance content set to share with the campaign). Is there something preventing the new character options from being shared to build PCs with early? Thanks!

Have you worked out this issue? We are having the same problem.

My crew is having the same problem. Players cannot see DL options even with the content shared and with DragonLance options toggled on in character preference page. However, I CAN see them on both the character builder and character sheet, and can add the items, at which point the options become available on their sheet (for example, bonus spells for Initiate of High Sorcery and Lunar Spells), but they cannot edit them or change selections. If this is fixed soon, not a huge issue, but definitely something buggy hopefully with just pre-access.

Can you do me a favor and have your DM try to turn OFF content sharing, then re-enable it? Typically that helps kick things into gear for the character builder!

Hey! I thought that was my issue. Look for an email that says "[D&DBeyond] Confirmation of order" for the subject.
Then near the bottom: DOWNLOAD AND ACTIVATION OF YOUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS If your order came with codes to redeem for digital products, please click here to get access to your products <-- this will be the link to the activation code

This sounds similar to what happened to me. I had all the Dragonlance content (in the Sources) - but couldn't create a Kender, for example.
Turns out, I needed to get my activation code and put that in.
Then everything showed up correctly.
Have your DM check their profile thing and see if it shows the Dragonlance stuff in there.
If it doesn't - they likely did not do their activation key thing.
Torvayne deserves credit for setting me in the right direction.
The DM turned it on and off, as did I (I can see Dragonlance content toggle in the home part of my character creation menu). Alas, no character options. It’s the same for the others in the campaign. We can all see the book contents but no character options in the PC builder.

Did you try what I mentioned in my post above?
Literally the same issue I had. I am betting they didn't do their activation code, similar to me.
Could I possibly get some clarification on 2 things?
1. The backgrounds state that at LV 4 you get a “bonus feat” which does that mean when you get to LV 4 in a class you get 2 feats as opposed to the usual 1? I know you’ll have to manually add it but is that how it’s supposed to be? And will the builder reflect this if it is how it’s supposed to be?
2. With the mounted monster stat blocks (Lord Soth and Red Ruin) do their blocks assume the fact they’re already mounted or in the encounter builder will we need to add their mount as well? So in the example of Lord Soth will I need to add a Death Dragon or Nightmare or whatever I want to use for his Mount? And with Red Ruin will I need to add her Dragonnel?
I have found that my players in my campaigns do not have access to the options from Dragonlance. All steps taken as of now: -Made sure content was on my entitlements. -Made sure content sharing was on, even turned off, refreshed, and turned back on. -Made sure that they had Dragonlance content on. -Made a new campaign to make sure it wasn't a bug, same issue occuring. -Made my own character with options, and had friend join the game from his own account and could not make a character with options from new book.
Dragonlance book seems to not be interacting with content sharing as across three players, one current game and a freshly newly made game is not showing them the content.

Same - My DM has done all of that and the players still don't have Dragonlance options in character creation.
best ive been able to do is manually select dl options on my end, then they can see whatever i give them. odd thing is they can read the book with no issues through sharing.

Sorry for long delay, love outage work calls. I'm posted after Thrawn but am in the same situation. Yes, I turned off content sharing, turned it back on. They can see the source book, but cannot choose any of the options in the character editor or on their character sheets. Master Tier Sub here, and had players in two campaigns both confirm earlier.

So, uh, I brainfarted and redeemed my code on the wrong profile. Any way of undoing that? Probably not? I’m a giant mega doofus? Gotcha.
Have you worked out this issue? We are having the same problem.
Nope, doesn’t work and I’m sure how to fix it. Tried on the app and PC to no avail.

He had already activated it, still nothing.
I have all of that info, have even read through the book, I can build with the options, but the players in my campaign cannot.
The Poster Map is missing. We get the small unlabelled version but not the full one.
