Is anyone having trouble creating a character subclass? I’ve been trying to create a Circle of Spores Druid but it isn’t present as an option. I’ve purchase Tasha’s, SO it should be available? I have emailed DDBeyond Support Team several time and have yet to receive a response. If I’m not able to access options I’ve paid for why should I continue paying for a subscription?

It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion.
It is by the Beans of Java that thoughts acquire speed, the hands acquire shaking, the shaking becomes a warning. It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion.
Circle of Spores was originally published in an M:tG setting if I recall, so on the Home tab of the character builder, the toggle next to Magic: the Gathering Content needs to be on (red, to the right).
If you go to the Sources tab and click ion Tasha’s it’s listed in the Druid’s subclasses. If you click on the subclass it lists all the subclass feature. I have purchased this digital book so why can’t I access all the materials presented in this source book?

I understood what you meant. I don’t use or own MtG content, and I don’t allow my players to use anything from the MtG setting. What I’m saying is that if they, DDBeyond, are using it in Tasha’s they need to make it available to individuals that have purchased it without having to “click” on an option they don’t use or subscribe to.

It’s just how DDB does stuff, it gets classified however it was when it was first published. In this case, it’s M:tG content because it was originally M:tG content. Just because WotC decided to republish it in Tasha’s Cauldron, it’s still technically M:tG content.
Since it is M:tG content, and since you don’t allow M:tG content… then I’m curious why would you want it to be automatically included? Aren’t they doing you a favor by keeping it classified as M:tG content so your players accidentally use it? I’m confused.
I don’t know why you’re confused? I was “introduced“ to the Cirlcle of Spores subclass via Tasha’s. I was never interested in MtG as a card game so I wasn’t interested in the Campaign setting. I don’t know what content is included in MtG and I’m not buying any of the splat books. Also when my players roll up characters, they know that I don’t and wont allow that material. The Circle of Spores is in Tasha’s and is allowed if players want to enjoy.

Hey, I’m just the messenger. I don’t even work here, I just live here. You asked why you couldn’t access that subclass, I told you what you have to do to access that subclass. 🤷♂️ I was just tryin’a help.
Sometimes being helpful is a thankless job, eh Sposta?
Since spydy is... Oddly aggressive about it. I thank you Sposta for going the extra mile to be helpful to peeps. 👍

I told you, it’s because it’s technically considered an M:tG subclass. You need to enable M:tG content for your character sheet.
