After changing the filters on my order history I'm able to see the record of the physical PHB shipping and the DMG in progress, but there is no record of the digital half of the bundle or the MM.

Also received the mystery authorization on PayPal (important to note it's an authorization, and not a charge -- yet.) Unfortunately, the timing isn't great, as I still have no responses to my tickets asking to cancel the entire thing, no hard copy of the PHB, and just last week I actually went ahead and filed a dispute with PayPal because I was tired of waiting. You can imagine that I wasn't thrilled to see what looked like yet another charge in response. 😂😭
I did note in my tickets that I wanted a refund for the existing ~$72 charge, and that it was OK to delete my D&D Beyond account if that's what was needed in order to do so, but... no response either way on that. At this point, I don't plan on using Beyond to reference the rulebooks -- not really worth it at $22.50 a pop for something I would only use infrequently, if ever -- so I don't mind if I lose access to them. Just want my money back, mostly on principle. I'll buy other rulebooks locally and stick to hard copies.
Yeah, I love the convenience of digital but this whole fiasco has really soured my taste on the whole site. I'm cancelling my subscription and *definitely* not directing any of my players here.
Just throwing an update to my state of being with regards to the pre-order I opened in June of this year. I continued updating my open ticket until I received a coupon for re-ordering the PHB at the pre-order price, which I did and which did arrive at the house - sorry for those of you still waiting on that book or for your cancellations to process. As has been discussed before, it appears that the order payment confirmations expired before WOTC/Hasbro actually tried to collect payment for the books, which resulted in my original order for the physical PHB getting cancelled.
Like others here, my pre-order later disappeared from my Marketplace history and, like others, I now have a payment confirmation pending in PayPal for what I presume is the DMG. I'm willing to see if they fulfill the order, but have no way of tracking it as my original order from June doesn't appear to exist anymore.
I suppose I'll just wait and see if I get a notification for shipment of the physical DMG. So far, the digital items all appear to be in my inventory. Wishing everyone the best in getting this resolved in whatever fashion you're pushing for.

It defaults to that setting and most of us ordered in June. That's why the orders aren't showing. They are not gone.

Update: After filing a dispute with PayPal, I did manage to get a refund for the initial charge, and I did receive a follow up message on my support ticket, finally. The 10/22 authorization is still showing up on PayPal, however (I presume for the hard copy of the DMG, which I don't want anymore and purchased elsewhere), so we'll see how that plays out. While I'm happy about the initial refund, I was trying to cancel my entire preorder, and that remains unclear... I have no idea whether they will continue to try to charge and ship the remaining physical rulebooks as they are released. (Never got the PHB -- the charge never went through, which is fine.) My support ticket is still showing up as open.

Yeah, I'm really soured on this BS. If not for my kids using it, I would have cancelled the DM membership. I got the legendary bundle a while ago, but was really reluctant to invest in 2024 versions. I'm being proven right.
After nearly two months I finally received a ticket response today. The response was from someone named Jhon. The response directed me to order the PHB again and they gave me three codes which all seemed to work for the order.
code 1: PHB Bundle discount
code 2: PHB free shipping code
code 3: a $5 inconvenience discount
I added the physical PHB to my cart and applied all three codes and the order looks like it went through. Now I just wait for it to ship.
After months without a reply or valuable communication (I only received an e-mail 3 weeks ago asking for my order number and other information they should already have, to which I didn't receive a reply), these jokers have the nerve to send me a coupon to preorder the physical DMG when I only received the digital PHB and was charged for more than the proportional of the full digital book set. I NEVER received the same option for the PHB. They kept sending notifications to use up those DMG coupons because they had the smart idea of just having them active for 15 days, what a joke.
I gave a heartfelt reply and explained the issue yet again, not expecting to be read either. I got an automatic reply saying that they would review my new submission on the report.
I just don't beleive them. I already reached out with my bank, they mentioned that the report was 30 days after the purchase, so they couldn't file a complaint ( obviously not, as it was a pre-order and the issue materialized more than a month after my purchase). I insisted and explained, they are filing my complaint again so I can get a refund of what was charged. Honestly, I could care less for the digital books, it was like an extra for me.
I'll just open up a new ticket mentioning how they are not resolving my issue in the original one, and share a timeline and detail of my pre-order confirmation, the charge to my temporary card, the cancellation of the preorder, my original ticket submission, the original supposed date of delivery for the cancelled PHB, a copy of their lame automatic replies and requests of info they should already have, and now this joke of a solution requesting me to dump more money on their greedy and moneyhungry faces when they are still making a bigger issue out of it.
I will share this detailed ticket with my bank to follow up my report and get my money back. Delete my account or whatever, I don't want the digital books anymore. I just want a real solution or my money back.

If this doesn't resolve soon I'll just be an advocate for piracy of their products and try to find a new TTRPG.
I've been playing for only a year and have bought a bunch of their licensed products, subscribed to D&Ds trash monthly subscription, and this is how they give back to all their loyal customers. What a fraud...
I'm sure most of you are with me saying this is the worse customer experience I've ever had. As a magic player for some time, I can see how this company is crumbling down to the ground, it's disgusting.

Update: Yesterday, they answered my reply to their DMG offer, and sent me a pack o coupons to order both the PHB and DMG with the proper discounts. I ordered them, and the order for PHB and preorder for DMG have been confirmed now. I'll just have to wait for both deliveries now, and getting a set of coupons when Monster Manual comes out.
Finally everything seems to be getting into place.
This also happened to me. I call my bank and they told me the payment request came in, the funds were released and are in a pending state, but Dndbeyond has yet to claim the payment and then sent me a payment unsuccessful email followed by a order cancellation. This is the second time this has happened, the first was with the Quest for the infinite Staircase. In which the solution was to have my order fully refunded and to order it again. But by the time this was offered, pre-orders were closed and I was not going to be able to claim the bonuses/discounts for pre-ordering. I would hope this is not the case for the core rule books as I placed the pre-order back on June 18 2024.

I haven't gone back through 33 pages of posts here, but it sounds like lots of people have had this same problem. I'd used a credit card, and got my PHB with no issues, so I'm really unclear on why the same credit card wouldn't work for the DMG.
Unlike the PHB, looks like the DMG shipped without issue and I was charged correctly. Will be going back to purchasing via Amazon or LGS in the future.
My card indicates that I have a pending transaction that was accepted, however I have now received 2 emails 1 indicates that it wasn't successful and the other one indicates cancellation. Not sure how to submit a ticket and if I should/need to.

I have no clue if I'm gonna get the DMG or not with the bundle purchase I got a notification that the DM screen was cancelled off the order because I ordered it at the same time as the bundle. Idk why they can't notify you if there is a payment issue and just auto cancel orders or items. I'm assuming since it doesn't say the DMG was cancelled I'm still getting that. We'll see how long it takes this time because the PHB I ended up having the exact same issue and didn't hear back about the fix for it until a week before release but I ended up receiving on launch day as intended.
