I've noticed a few niche features missing from homebrew tools.
The first being that in homebrewed species options, in languages; when selected from a template (human for example) the languages feature has 3 modifiers attached to it: Common, and 2 selection based languages on a listing specifically called "Select a standard language". When making a new language modifier in the same way exampled by these existing modifiers the option to restrict the selection list as "Select a standard language" is not present in the options of the created modifier.
When making a species trait action you are not able to modify its proficiency checkbox within level override options. Maybe this is intentional, but I had to duplicate a species trait and replace the old one to create the desired effect of a natural claw weapon getting proficient in the next level up.
Also for whatever reason species trait modifiers that effect speeds (such as flight) at specific levels, either setting or bonusing them all seem to apply automatically regardless of the character level. Specifically I have a species trait modifier at level 3 to grant 10ft. of fly speed, then at level 5 and 7 the speed gets bonused by 20. The character I have to test this with is at level 5, so only 30 fly speed should be capable, but I have 50.
There are also general confusing layout and wording regard subspecies and variant species, I'm personally confused on which would act as a subspecies such as drow vs wood elves for example.. any material on the forums I've found while googling just add to the confusion.
