Not a bug, but an improvement request. (sorry if this is the wrong place)
Under customize, we should be able to change the creatures ability scores (and have its stats recalculated)
Things such as Find Steed summons creatures with better INT than the default creature, and wild shape keeps the druids mental attributes instead of the creature.
It's already very useful to have the creature stats block, but having the right value for your skills and saves would be amazing.
We just got an update from Staff that they rolled out a slew of fixes for those that experienced issues loading their characters after the update. Thanks again for reporting these bugs!!
Make sure 'homebrew' is enabled on your character and try again, please.
It is (and was) enabled. The Accursed Spectre I created (to achieve the Hexblade Warlock's effect on the summoned spectre) and added to my homebrew collection does not appear on the list, in any of the categories.

If you have damage that reduces the Wildshape beyond 0 HPs, it would be nice to apply the difference in damage to the character's hit points as well as include a text box within the Creature's Hit Point section explaining how much will be applied to the character.
Something like
"15 damage will be applied to the Brown Bear with the remaining 7 damage applied to the character"
Also, for a Ranger's Beast Companions it might be nice to include death save options, as it is common in many campaigns for a Ranger's Beast Companion to be granted death saves upon reaching 0 HPs.
Just coming to post the bit about missing animals from the wildshape list.
Constrictor Snake, Killer Whale, Etc.
Thanks for the report.
There were a few issues with Moon Druids specifically, where the rule related to swimming creatures wasn't quite working as anticipated. That should now be resolved.
This is a really nice update. Some (moon druid) things I've noticed:
Passive Perception doesn't calculate properly (= 10 + Perception bonus, then +5 if Perception advantage but often that's situational).
There is no way to specify magical equipment effects active on certain forms (granted this is up to the DM, but often things like rings and necklaces are allowed to function on compatible forms, e.g. a Ring of Protection or the Insignia of Claws).
I'm certain there are cases where non-druid class features aren't affecting statistics like they should (unarmored defense was mentioned earlier) -- though with DMs having different approaches to that topic, just making everything editable is probably the most general solution :)
Stellar job on properly calculating proficiency bonuses and saves!
I have a home brew magical item that gives Bonus - Natural Attacks +1 and Damage - Natural Attacks +1, and those don't seem to translate to the Druid's Wild Shapes within the Creature section, which they should.
Maybe have a section within the "Creature" Section that specifies which magical items affect / don't affect the Wild Shapes, so that players can turn them on / off based on the GM's discretion?

The trouble with that is, it's purely based on the creature. A velociraptor would be able to use a different set of items than an ape or a giant eagle. In that regard, I don't think there is any item that at least one of the beasts couldn't use and benefit from.

On the character the creatures addition is welcome addition.
However, I believe I found a bug. If you have character with creatures that have been added to it. You copy the character. The creatures are not on the new character.

Seems to be missing the increased HP (and damage bonus) of Undead Thralls

I mean, technically both of them would be able to carry a medium-sized character .... :)

I'm trying this again on a proper computer, and I haven't come across any of the issues I've previously reported, which occurred on the mobile site.
The Familiars and Beast Companions could use better filtering, but I think that's something still being worked on per the the changelog.
Is your druid a mood druid level 15 or higher? Mood druids have to be at least 15th level to wildshape into a CR 5 creature. Land druids never can.

All of these cryptic errors should now be resolved with this most recent deploy. Thank you all for helping us solve this one!

Creature update is really great so far, just noticed one small bug in Wildshape's creature passive perception calculation
Proficiency in perception is being ignored
In addition, the +5 to passive perception granted through the Observant feat is also not added.

Skill values for a homebrew monster are different on the character version of the monster.
Skill stats on creature page: Skills History +4, Insight +4, Perception +5, Religion +4
Skill stats on linked creature page: SkillsHistory +3, Religion +3, Insight +4, Perception +4

If this is a wildshapes form, wildshapes uses your own mental stats.
