By signing into the website with twitch, you can't sign out. It's as if the information is retained, because when I attempt to sign out, it automatically signs me back in using my twitch account. Therefore, signing out of my account has been made impossible.
Edit: This issue only seems to appear in the "My account" tab, the rest of the website seems fine.
Further to this issue, I am unable to log in as a different user - I can log out (if I'm not on the "my content" page), but if I click "register" to create a new account, it just logs me back in. It would be nice for multiple players using a shared computer to be able to sign in and out.
I figured a way of switching accounts by going to twitch.tv and logging out on that site then logging off on dndbeyond it's a pain to do but it worked.

This is the correct way to handle it, if you need to login with a different twitch account, or fully logout from the site for security reasons.
This is the way authentication frameworks often work.
If you used "login with facebook" on another site, then wanted to switch to a different facebook account, you'd need to do the same.
Most authentication frameworks are supplemental to a username and password and are tied to that account. Even MTG Salvation, which is also a Curse site, uses a username and password.
Although, to be fair, MTG Salvation wasn't always a Curse site and used to be solely username and password based. So they probably had to keep the old system for older users. But it's honestly better for a lot of people to have this option. I personally don't mind using Twitch, but as you can see it makes it difficult for a lot of people who share devices and don't have a twitch account for each person.

This is not yet resolved. I would love to be able to switch between accounts. When you click 'sign in' it still takes you the page that auto logs in. I still have to delete cookies to switch between accounts.
Why do I need to switch between accounts? Cause I like probably every DM am doing too much work for lazy players.
I love this platform. Please fix this miserable bug.

I've only ever seen "login with facebook" work with user input (by clicking the button).

Curse is in the process of migrating all of these sites across to run off the Twitch authentication framework.
I'm not part of that work, but several Curse sites I use have completed migration, such as https://mods.curse.com/
Other sites are in the process of doing it, such as https://www.lolnexus.com/

Then I agree they should make switching between users more intuitive without having to navigate to a different website to do it.

No matter what I do on Twitch DND Beyond mobile keeps taking me to the wrong account!!!!!
I finally got it to work.
Just about the poorest design I have ever seen.
For others.
Step 1. On computer Go to Twitch.
Step 2. Go to Settings and click on Disable Account (hidden at the bottom in tiny text in an unused Lavatory with the sign saying beware of leopard)
Step 3. On iOs device go to browser
Step 4. Clear browsing data (privacy settings)
Step 5. Quit browser
Step 6. Reopen browser - go to DndBeyond
Step 6. Log in using the correct Twitch account.

I figured it out! If you’re on a mobile device you have to log out of twitch then go delete your cookies
