Does the player have access to the Players Handbook either because they've bought it or you're sharing it - because those spells are not in the Basic (free) Rules and have to be bought.
Yeah they should have access to all the suppliments after I bought them and authorized sharing in the campaign. They made the character in the campaign too
They may need to change the level of the warlock, as the spells the character has access to can be cached to speed things up (just increase the level by one, then reduce it again). This should force the character sheet to re-assess the spells the character has access to.

(Also, just to be thorough, the spells that a Warlock gets access to from their specific patron are not automatically known to them. They only get added to the list of spells that Warlock can learn if they choose, and they also automatically count as Warlock spells for them (for scrolls, etc.)
My player has a great old one warlock, but they've got 5 spells already and are unable to take those two spells as known spells

Then turn content sharing off and on again. Sometimes it bugs out and that fixes it.
