I have a Mark of Making human character. His Spells of the Mark feature is not reflected in his spells known list when I go to prepare spells (which is probably already in the works).
I think, no big deal: I'll use a custom magic item called a Mark of Making to put additional spells on his sheet in some capacity. Unfortunately, when I go to make the item, Conjure Barrage isn't on the list of spells an item can bestow! This seems like a pretty straightforward bug.
The unique spellcasting feature introduced by the "Mark Of" races in the new Eberron: Rising From the Last War are not currently supported on D&D Beyond, though the team does plan to implement support for this in the future.
The conjure barrage spell is from the Player's Handbook. In order to use that spell on your characters or in building homebrew, you would need to unlock it on D&D Beyond. You can do this by unlocking the full Player's Handbook, or by just purchasing the single spell from the "Additional Purchase Options" available for the Player's Handbook.

By future I hope you mean "very soon". With respect the release of the new Eberron book has meant these new versions of the dragonmark races have replaced the previous Eberron ones. It's bad enough most have been seriously nerfed but for the only thing left that makes them even remotely worth taking to "not be supported" is a big amount of shit, sorry to say: I paid for the previous Eberron book, and don't get to keep using those options anymore (living document, blah blah) but then, even with the purchase of the new Eberron, I've basically paid $60 for stuff I can't fully use (I didn't pay for just the compendium book content, I paid the full price to include the character sheet options). I should not need to homebrew and make workarounds for something I paid for. The product I bought includes, as part of what is offered, the ability to fully use those options in your character sheet - you've taken my money, the content released - be aware that not allowing me to use these options as promised by the product means you are, technically speaking, in breach of the sale contract. I therefore trust you will be prioritising this.

Dragonmark variants/subraces - there are 13 of these presented in Chapter 1. All of them have a racial feature named, "Spells of the Mark" that adds spells to the character's spell list, if that class has spellcasting or pact magic. We haven't been able to model that correctly at this time, but will implement as soon as we are able to.
They're pinned for a reason, peeps.

Sorry, second one in a matter of minutes. Several others recently. It just boggles the mind, like a pet peeve or something.

For me personally, I can say that historically the pinned threads were not helpful as they were just a collection of pages and pages of reports without a summary. I see now that the first post is actually a useful summary.
Additionally with GGtR, there is/was a work around where you had to add the background before the class or else the spell lists didn't work. Trying the same thing with the race didn't work this time, so I reported it.
Thankfully the moderators are good at what they do and parse through so many of the reports and now collate them as well as provide helpful links to the answers.
Hello, the feature 'Spells of the Mark' seems to be not fully implemented. I can't choose any of the additional spells.
If you look at the bug/support thread for Eberron:Rising, they explain the haven’t been implemented yet, as it will require significant backend changes. One work around is to,use the homebrew tools to add the characters class to the class list for the spell.
I made a mark of finding ranger and the spells of the mark for my race are not showing up on my spell list. I should see faerie fire and longstrider. Longstrider shows for being on the ranger spell list. I tested by changing to paladin and I still can’t pick those spells.

Had a great idea for a Gunslinger War Domain, and went to the character builder to tinker around with the concept. One of the races I considered was Human with the Mark of Passage Dragonmark. But I realized that after adding Cleric levels, I was somehow missing the extra spells granted by the Mark of Passage.
Specifically, I was looking to add Misty Step, which appears on the extra spell list. But none of the 6 spells (leveled Cleric to 5 to check 3rd level spell slots) appeared on the list as they should have in the character builder, or through the character sheet interface for preparing spells.
Is it just because I started with Fighter first, for the bigger Hit Die and other features? But based on the description for Mark of Passage, that shouldn't matter, it's pretty simplistic in that "If you have the Spellcasting or Pact Magic class feature, the spells on the Mark of Passage Spells table are added to the spell list of your spellcasting class." Clerics have the Spellcasting feature.
Or is it because I purchased the Wayfairer's Guide, and not Eberron Rising? And it's some sort of version purchasing error, something not updating properly when the final version was released to replace the playtest versions?
It's because the Spells of the Mark feature has not been implemented. One suggestion I've seen for the interim is to make homebrew copies of the spells in question, rename them (e.g. Expeditious Retreat-Mark of Passage) and add any "missing" spellcasters to the list of casters who can use the spell.

Maybe I'm not understanding a part of it, but I thought it would be cool/broken to be a wizard with the mark of healing background. But when I try to add the spells on DnD beyond they aren't there, my wizard doesn't have the healing spells he should have from his background available. Is anyone having this problem or am I not understanding a particular part about the wizard class and it's spell casting function?

In the meantime: You can make a copy of the spell, add (Mark of Healing) to the title and in the "available for" field clear this and put in the relevant class (Wizard in this case).
It will be homebrew and will appear when choosing your spells.

I made an Eberron Mark of Storms Half-Elf Wizard, 6th lvl. According to the race description one of the 2 third level spells I should have access to is Wind Wall. When I choose spells for my spellbook, though, it isn't an option. According to the spell's description, it isn't a wizard spell, but the dragonmark abilities are supposed to trump that. It seems the app isn't overriding the spell's data to add it to available spells.

I created a Mark of Warding Dwarf Artificer and the Spells of the Mark feature isn't being added to the known spell list.

From the 1st page of the pinned-to-the-top Eberron: Rising from the Last War - Bugs and Support thread you somehow missed.
