More maps are planned including player maps and additional hi-res maps, but I suggest you contact the support team if you're unsatisfied with your purchase.
There is nothing in this content that makes is worth paying for a 3rd! time
Once in paper, one at FG module and this time is just useless
WOTC you need to get it sorted where if I buy the digital module it is valid everywhere - all I have is an inferior module here on beyond and to be honest FG's is'nt that great either.
I want to give you money - but don't rip me off WOTC

As has been noted many times Curse <> WotC and the product you license on D&D Beyond is specific to the D&D Beyond platform. There is talk of VTT APIs to allow use in other software but those are not yet official features.

Then don't buy it a third time?
If you're going to use FantasyGrounds, use FantasyGrounds. If you're going to use Roll20, use Roll20. If you're going to use the book, use the book. Buying an album on iTunes doesn't give you that album on Amazon Music, or Google Play, and that is basically what you're asking for.
To be fair, how could anyone possibly know the quality of the maps in advance of purchasing?
They just did not know hot to get to the higher quality versions, which it sounds like they are looking at modifying.
For a lot of the Yawning Portal modules I have noticed people complaining about missing entries for monsters and things like that.

Yeah, well 7 years later it is still not supported so that really sucks WOTC. Why would I need to download hi-res versions and make my own map when I BOUGHT THE CONTENT! WHY DID I BUY THE CONTENT?! I bought it for the maps to be integrated in the map software, and be selectable... Not for me to need to do work on the back-end to source my own versions of the maps and upload those. How in the hell do I have maps for Humblewood, but I don't have maps for WOTC branded content?

The Maps tool has only been available since last year September. They have been doing a staggered release of old maps into the system but new books were added on release. If you are referring to other Map tools like Roll20, they are not supported by DnDBeyond and you have to either buy the book on the platform or upload you own maps into that platform.
Clicking on the Maps in the compendiums on this site opens the map in a popup. Right clicking on the Map in the popup and selecting open in new tab, will give you the larger, high-res version of the map.
lol. Nothing in the purchase says it comes with VTT maps 7 years ago. This is your fault for making assumption based on nothing.
"How in the hell do I have maps for Humblewood, but I don't have maps for WOTC branded content?"
Seriously? you seriously can't figure that out without post angry? Humbleweed is a different company and humbleweed is there entire content. WOTC has a shit tone more IP to work with. It's not hard to figure out.
"I bought it for the maps to be integrated in the map software, " Why? you can see what maps they have before the purchase. This is on you.
EDIT: After that post, I opened Yawening potal, open the hill giant map, saved it to my computer, then uploaded it into DnDBeyond maps. Set the token size and was done. less that 2 minutes. You your problem it a nothing burger.
But any idea why when I buy the source books they show up in maps automatically but the don't? Is it just a matter of being so many that they don't have them in yet or is there no plan to do that?

Why would I spend money on a adventure and you don't give proper maps to use in a VTT
I'd like my money back, that was a total waste of $30, if the other modules are the same you really need to stop selling them!
Unhappy customer!
Right-click on the maps and open them in a new tab. There will be very full size.

Doing it from the compendium itself without clicking on the image first will usually open the image into a lower resolution image.

Just making a note here that these should probably changed to have a more obvious "download hi-resolution map" link.
