Prerequisite of Light Armor proficiency is met by the Rogue Class.
Just tested it out. He is correct - Rogue is not being tagged as proficient in Light Armor for feats.

I just created a test warlock character and it worked fine for me. The moderately armored feat is from the Player's Handbook - can you confirm that you have access to feats from this sourcebook on D&D Beyond?
If you provide a link to your character, a moderator can take a look and help figure out the problem.
