Referring to the Player Handbook's Chapter. 5 - Equipment, all the items listed in paragraph Trade Goods are simply missing from equipment listing on D&D Beyond.
Is there a scheduled release of them?
Remember that Iron, Copper, Silver, Gold and Platinum are referred as 1 lbs Trade Bars, with their respective expressed values.

No Stormknight... If you use that feature, taking an object (A) and customizing it as You say (B), it maintains its internal ID of the object of type (A), even if you customize it.
If you later want to add an object of type (A) to your equipment, You get another customized one (B), not the original one (A). This way You lose the possibility to add type (A) items to your inventory.
Already tried this way... we need the capability to Homebrew Items (not magical ones).

I have no idea what you're on about in that last post, PaleMage.
On character sheet make the item as a custom item. If you need to add more later just increase quantity. When used or lost or whatever just decrease quantity. You can even put it at Quantity 0 so that even though you don't have any adding more later will not require you to make it again.
If you don't want to have the quantity grouped then make a homebrew magic item set to "common" rarity and just be "wonderous" - it will function the same.

I'm a little confused here - I suggested using the "other possessions" area of the character sheet. This lets you free type any text you like to track your possessions.
Granted - it doesn't (currently) allow a way of adding encumbrance to the character, but it's a great way of tracking anything your character has that isn't covered in the equipment list.
Please also realise that the items mentioned in the table in the Trade Goods section of the Player's Handbook
These are all just "commonly exchanged goods." and it's not intended to be an exhaustive list of trade good items - it's there so that when a player says, "Hey, we're in a desert region - I would like to buy a camel to transport our stuff!" the DM can take a look at this table and figure out the approximate cost, based on the examples given (I'd guess in the 10gp - 15gp region for a camel).
If you really feel that you must have them as actual items in your D&D Beyond campaign, you can use the magic item homebrew tool to create them as wondrous items, but I don't believe that is the best way to accomplish this.
Let's take it back a little bit and instead ask, "Why do you feel it is necessary to be able to homebrew trade goods as items?"
Do you want the ability for players to be able to select from a list, rather than free-type? Is that beneficial?
I'm not arguing that anyone is wrong. Please help me to understand what the perceived benefit is with what you're asking for. :)

Why do you feel it necessary to ask anyone who asks for a feature why it's necessary for them to want the feature? Especially after they've explained it quite succinctly and thoroughly.

Mostly it's because I've over 20 years experience as a Business Analyst and that has taught me that the fundamentals of good design principles involve understanding why someone is asking for something - taking that back a step to uncover what they are hoping to achieve with what they have asked for.
Additionally, it's because I like to help people play D&D the way they want to and I am passionate about D&D Beyond being an awesome toolset.
I'm also in a position where I sometimes talk directly with members of the product team, so it's really helpful if I understand why people are requesting a feature and can discuss with them.
PaleMage, follow exactly what I said and you will understand I solved your problem.
Step 1
On the character sheet go to Equipment and click on Manage Equipment button.
Step 2
Click on Custom Items and then the Add Custom Item link.
Step 3
An item will show as "Unidentified Item". Click this and then click on Edit. You will see the below.
Step 4
Fill in the details. If the cost of this item is less than 1 gp then put this in the name. It doesn't matter whether the cost is in the cost field or in the name. Enter weight and name as needed along with the description. The notes field is not really necessary. Finally set the quantity. The item will appear in your inventory.
If you ever need to change the quantity you need only click this and can then change quantity as needed, even to 0.
If you get used to this making items like these can take only seconds and will do everything you require them to do. There is no functional difference between this custom item and another generic non-weapon basic item.
I see no reason why you would need anything more than this.

I have actually had this specific problem when changing mutiple books in my inventory to have titles. Fixed it by using "add custom item" and used the weight of a book.

Ressurecting this thread. I really wish we had bars, I'm using them frequently in my current campaign.
You can add them to your character's inventory in the "other possessions" area. :)
