Checked out the create a campaign option and was very disappointed. All I can do is write an introductory description and invite players. I understand this is helpful for pickup games and gaming on the fly. What if I wanted to write a whole module? There should be a way to link content, maps, and encounters to chapters you should be allowed as a DM to write. I have several campaign ideas and would love to create and share them in full. Can the developers please work on a proper campaign template/generator? I feel like this is a huge gap in the digital gaming platform. I can buy premade campaigns filled with maps and the convenience of dice roll plugs. If money is the only issue. Then give subscribers the ability to create and share their own campaigns with the same quality as your digital books.
The campaign tool at this point is primarily to allow:
1) content sharing with fellow players in the campaign
2) An easy way for DMs (and potentially fellow players) to access player sheets
3) to designate which campaign an encounter is intended for, to allow difficulty calculations.
It is not designed to be a “one stop shop” for digitally creating or storing all the elements of a campaign. Nor it is designed to share campaign ideas with others. I’m sure the former (and maybe the latter) is on their roadmap/vision to do eventually, but it is not a current priority. There is a huge list of other improvements that have higher priority than this at the moment (And priorities tend to shift)

I do like the Maps feature so far that is tied to the campaign. I would love a DM screen built in to the campaign section.
I didn’t see what you did there.
