Like the title says, is there a way to sort the attacks (actions) on a character sheet?
I have a artificer/songblade who's possible actions are piling up.
Rapier
Green-flame blade, primary damage
Green-flame blade, extra damage
Booming blade, primary damage
Booming blade, follow-up damage
It's a Frostbrand, so a line item for the frost damage
And that's just for the blade. There are about 3-4 cantrips, and 1-2 higher level spells he uses all the time. It makes the list very long.
But the real problem is, because the list of spells change, and after making edits, those 6 line items above are no longer next to each other. So I have to scroll up and down every attack to roll all the dice.
Is there some way to put them all back together? WITHOUT deleting everything and starting from scratch?
You can make custom actions directly on the character sheet for stuff like Booming Blade and Green-Flame Blade and spells and such. I usually use emojis to keep stuff sorted alphabetically, like putting the sword emoji ( 🗡 ) at the beginning of a weapon and everything I want grouped with it, stuff like that. The visual reference helps to quickly find stuff too.

I have all the extra damages added as Custom Actions. But naming doesn't seem to rearrange anything. How are emojis sorting them?
They get sorted alphabetically, but you may have invisible characters like spaces or something at the beginning of some of them which causes them to go higher in the list. But if you have the rapier named “🗡 Rapier” and you have green-flame blade named as “🗡 Green-Flame Blade” then they should present right above one another. If you eliminate the space between the emoji and the word “Green,” then it should list below the rapier since “🗡 “ comes before “🗡G” alphabetically. See:
I tried adding a number of "leading" characters, including a sword, two crossed swords, and the numbers 1 and 2. Nothing changed the order in which things appeared. Tried refreshing the page and even viewing on the mobile app. Always just a jumble.
Can't seem to get the screenshot working. Will try again when on a different computer.

Hunh, strange. Maybe it only works on customized items and not custom actions. 🤷♂️
