It is obviously difficult to follow this advice when the changed version is the only one you can see.
This has of course been requested before, with the response from DDB being basically "our agreement with WotC prevents us from doing that." Now that WotC owns DDB, this reason presumably no longer applies, and perhaps this request can be reconsidered?
You misunderstand. I'm not saying nothing has changed about the site (that is self evident). I am saying that nothing has changed with regards to Wizards of the Coasts policy as it relates to how digital content is presented, specifically around errata. The acquisition didn't change that, it just means it went from Company A telling Company B "This is how we want you to present our content" to Department A telling Department B within Company A "This is how we want you to present our content"
So if I understand correctly, what you are saying is that this request would have to be taken directly to Wizards of the Coast rather than Dungeons and Dragons Beyond? Just as other content suggestions (i.e. suggestions for additional archetypes) must be taken directly to WotC?
Also, is the Dice Goblin the only moderator in the Forums? I have only seen him.
I understand. I am asking for the feature to be implemented, and so if there is a policy that precludes that, I am also asking for the policy to be changed. I was just hoping that information might flow more freely within a single company compared to between separate ones, and thus feedback that requires the attention of multiple departments might more easily make its way along the proper channels.

No, that's not what I was trying to explain. I was explaining that the change in relationship between D&D Beyond and Wizards of the Coast hasn't actually changed Wizards of the Coast's policy on D&D Beyond displaying errata

The feedback is already in the system, so if the policy does change, the relevant folks are already aware of the desire for said requested feature

That's a bit sad, because I feel that errata should generally be available for those who want to use it, as long as content warnings and age limits are applied. Genuine question, do you know the reasoning behind this policy? It seems a bit unusual and goes against Crawford's public statement.

Davyd is not the only moderator here. However, he frequents the forums the most out of all admins & staff. If you go to D&D Beyond's Site Rules and Guidelines page, you can see all the moderators. Of the ones listed there, you can explore their profiles and see that Davyd is the only moderator who has posted from June 18th to now, with Sillva having posted on the 17th.
Basically, no. But Davyd posts the most frequently by a significant margin.

Is "the system" here just DDB's, or does "the relevant folks" also include those who set the policy?

And Dice Goblin is my forum title, not my handle
Who would we need to contact then in order to exact change? If WotC’s opinion is what stands due to the whole “dominant/parent company” thing, then wouldn’t we have to contact them directly?
Also, I just thought that Dice Goblin sounds cooler than Davyd. Different image in my mind.

I'm afraid I can't help you with that. You could try twitter?
Also I would still rather you refer to me by my name, regardless of what you think "sounds cooler".

What times we live in. All that's missing is someone pointing out that it's called X now. :D
I take it you don't know the answer to my question either. For others who are interested in giving WotC feedback on this policy, it looks like this is one place where you can do that: dnd-support.wizards.com
I can't speak as to its effectiveness relative to Twitter, however. :)

Nothing about the acquisition changes the nature of how Wizards of the Coast expects their products to be presented on digital platforms.

Well, yes. If they had already done what I'm asking, I wouldn't need to be asking them to do it.
