D&D Beyond doesn't make or edit the rules, it presents them. If you take exception with what's classified as a condition and what's not, or how conditions are presented, that'd be feedback better given to Wizards of the Coast than D&D Beyond.
Seems like what's really being requested is an Effects tab that's similar to Conditions, but allows homebrewed effects to be applied. Things like Blessed or Baned, Invisible, etc. would fit an Effects tab, and if those effects can also have a duration tied to initiative tracking and modifiers applied while the effect is active...that would be amazing.
This is what I'm looking for. I'm brewing a custom Vampire Species and i want to be able to add "Bloodfed" as a condition as I want it to work similar to rage.

Has this been added yet? Custom conditions is a sorely missed feature!
Everything in the character sheet needs to be customizable, this ranked highly among them.
