Confirm with DM that he has the books (tortle package and acquisitions incorporated). Then have him turn content sharing off and on again for the campaign.
After he has done that, if the problem still persists, post a link to your character in his campaign (the page URL, not the share link) for a mod to check it closer.
Also: are you making the character IN the campaign, or are you trying to make the character planning to add it to the campaign when you are done? With content sharing, characters must be made within the campaign in order to make use of content sharing.
Presuming you claimed Acquisitions Inc during the time period in which it was available for free, you have to toggle on “Noncore Content” on the Home tab of the character builder. (On is red, to the right.)

I can choose it, so it’s not a universal issue. Try syncing your entitlements.. see the link in my signature. While on tha page, scroll down to current product licenses and make sure you bought the full book and not the compendium only option. The code for the full version is SRC-00044.
my DM has all books, master tier subscription and shared content with my campaign party. I still do not have Verdan or Tortle as options for race.

Ever since Acquisitions Inc became free, I can’t find an option to add the Verdan Race in the D&D builder
It was only free for a limited time, you claimed it right?

Now I wonder though, what sources are non-core? Is it just Rick and Morty's 5 NPCs and 1 magic item?
Ripped that quote from What is "Noncore D&D" ? I think Rick and Morty is included in the noncore tag as well though, yeah.
Just found this as well from Noncore Cotent?
Has this issue been resolved? I own the acq inc book and have all sources active but still don't have the option to create a verdan.
