Is there a way to designate a weapon as your first attack weapon vs. second attack weapon? So that the damage for the second weapon can automatically update and be correct as your off-hand?

Though to be clear, the rules do not actually care which hand is your main hand or off hand, only which hand you used when you used the attack action and which hand uses the bonus action. And you can swap which is which each turn.
But for the character sheet to display the correct stats, do what ArwensDaughter says.

Right, that's what I meant - which was my "bonus action" I'm calling that my "off hand" because it doesn't get the damage bonus. Yes, I knew that I could switch the bonus attack weopon each time, but I won't be doing that since I will always use my magic weapon for primary attack and my non-magic for my bonus attack. Thanks!

I don't understand how you're getting this dual weild option on the weapon customisation?
I can only see it show up if I take the feat. But my character doesn't have the feat. Any character can do basic dual weild through.
I just want my weapon in the bonus action category and with/without the damage bonus based on if I have the right fighting style or not but after 2 hours I still can't find a way to do it.

The weapon your customising needs to be light
