One other thing I noticed with the bard is that it is showing 14 spells known at level 10. However that should be factoring in the Magical Secrets, but I don't see the Magical Secrets as options to choose. So it should either be 12 (+ 2 Magical Secrets) or 14 (and I can select the magical secrets).

I just tried it out and you're right, it's giving you too many spells known.
The situation isn't super obvious though!
A 10th level Bard has 14 spells known. As per the description of Magical Secrets that you posted above
As per the description of Magical Secrets that you posted above, that INCLUDES the two spells selected from other classes, so because of the way D&D Beyond allows selection of those spells within the character creator, the number of spells known should be 12 available to select from the Bard spell list.
This is further confused by the College of Lore Subclass having a 6th level ability "Additional Magical Secrets" which functions differently, as those spells do NOT count against the maximum number of spells known.
Note that, technically, those spells can later be exchanged for regular bard spells again. So fiddling with spells known may prove more difficult than it looks, plus it could confuse players who double check with the rule text.
