Tried looking this subject up, but found no results on the search. So apologies if this has been discussed ad-nauseum.
I'm just asking if it's going to be considered for people using DDB to ever buy all of these nice little shiny backdrops, frames and themes that were once given out to those who pre-ordered things. Just reckon there should be a time limit for it's uniqueness (and who cares since we all don't see it), and that those who want to put in some money to this, but not re-purchase everything can still contribute.
It's all just cosmetic and I reckon every dollar this can get will help. Some of us aren't flush to spend $200+ a pop on digital items when we're still buying physical books as well. I only buy character options I might need on this to make them, and even have a subscription. This should count for something, and opening up the marketplace items to 'flair' would bring in some extra money. Heck you've seen how much the dice sell for, I'd pay similar for the flair options. They don't even have to buy unique, perhaps just new ones in general?
It's a win-win for DDB, in my opinion. People will pay for it and no one is left out who couldn't otherwise afford it, or missed a time frame.
It's been requested before, and I think it's a great idea. Adam (VP) has said it's something they want to do in the future. Changes to the marketplace/purchasing are glacially slow for reasons I don't completely understand: they've been wanting to add the option to purchase gifts of DDB content for others for several years and have been unable to do so yet. So I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for pre order bonus items to become purchasable. But it is on the list, and it's always good for them to hear that it's a wanted feature.

I second this. Didn't know about the pre-order bonuses until recently so I would surely buy a few of them.
