You can, have the person who will be the dm create the campaign end have the person who has the master tier subscription enable content sharing. You don't need to be the dm to activate content sharing.
It’s still a problem if you want to use Maps. Only the actual DM can use the DM tools in Maps, and content sharing doesn’t work in Maps at all.

Hopefully once maps are fully released that gets fixed

Still waiting on a response for that question. I'm guessing the answer is "We haven't decided" or "There's a technical block that we haven't solved". I never quite understood why content sharing didn't work from the outset in the VTT.
The ability to move inventory items from one character to another within a campaign. When we make custom items that we move from one person to another, someone has to delete the item and the other person has to remake the item.
Many times I stumble upon exceptional Homebrews of various sorts and add them to my Collection.
Sometimes they need only minor flavor rewrites or even just little tweaks before they're suitable for my game. Yet, I can't (so far as I know) just go in and edit them as needed.
It seems like it'd be a wonderful tool to have the capability to create "Copy_of" just like I can with base items, feats, etc.
Perhaps such copies could be prevented from being shared with the community; again, as is already the case with base items when they're too similar to the original. This would still allow us to edit and use such things in our home campaigns without having to reinvent the wheel.
Even cooler would be for an attribution to be permanently attached to the original homebrew and all copies.
I frequently find myself in the middle of a book on DnDBeyond and think, "Boy, it sure would be nice to be able to roll some dice for this...whatever it happens to be." To do so, I have to either use an off-site resource, or go to one of the places w/in DDB that has the dice tool.
Heck, it'd be grand if I could automatically roll on any table in any book to which I have access, while you're at it!
As someone who frequently looks for specific Homebrewed things created by community members, it'd be tremendous to be able to actually sort by Old to New, vice versa, or even just a date range.
Access to all the features and subclasses in the new players handbook in the app. Example, I am a Druid who through the app can only choose Circle of the Land, because I have the new handbook digitally.
