My players tried that last night but couldn't get it to work. I would love for it to be a setting within the campaign, honestly so that it's something agreed upon by the whole party and not just passively.
A way to submit the UPC on physical books and get access to them on the digital site (maybe for a nominal (like $5 fee). I try to support my local game store, but the digital version, all integrated would make it easier to DM.

There is a HUGE problem with that. Go on Google. Look up "D&D 5e Player's Handbook". Go to images. 11 images in, there's already a book back cover with UPC shown. Amazon shows the backs of the books for a good amount of them. And you can find the ones Amazon doesn't show on Google Images. So regardless of actually owning the book or not, a lot of people have access to the UPC. Could even go into a store, write it down and get the money off, if you really wanted. There is a code that gets you $10 off of one purchase though. It's BEGINNINGS. It's unfortunate, but Wizards seems to not have anticipated this platform being a thing when they printed 5e books. So there is no way to prove ownership, and there are no unique identifiers in the books.
Something I would really like is, as I am new to this website, our party have someone using an homebrew race and class (that person like to be exotic).
As far as I know, we can add homebrew races, but not classes, so I was wondering if it would be a doable idea

Currently, there are no plans for homebrew classes. That does not mean there will never be homebrew classes, but for the foreseeable future this functionality will not exist.

I would love to see some of the better OGL systems included as playable options. Specifically Adventures in Middle-Earth. Second, I would love to see some kind of built-in campaign manager like Roll 20.
Yes, thank you. I'm also frustrated by this. If it's faster to use the physical book, I will. I've found that while my players really appreciate following links out of their character sheet (like spell descriptions), when I need to check a rule it can be faster for me to Google it than navigate the DND Beyond search as it exists.
The ability to create custom classes or just to add subclasses of an already existing class would be fan frikkin tastic. A few of our players have custom classes, such as my character who has certain abilities due to his heritage, which allows for certain abilities to be gained at different levels.

Creating Homebrew classes isn't on the table right now. Pretty sure the devs decided not to say never, but there is literally no plans to allow us to create custom full classes at the moment. Subclasses are in the works. And in this weeks stream, Adam hinted at some core class customization, but true custom classes are going to be done on an individual case basis, by the devs, probably hinging on either 3rd party deals and/or demand.
I tend to reuse many of the same monsters in encounters throughout my dungeons if they have a them, so I would like the ability to add official monsters to a collection like bookmarks so that I have a quick reference to several monsters in one location instead of having to search for the same creature multiple times.
I want the ability to customize skills and saving throws. For example, I let players in my game take expertise in one skill if they forgo taking another. I would like the ability to manually tweak skills.
Custom languages (needed for my campaign)
Homebrew classes and subclasses. I reeeealy want to implement the eberron5e.com artificer!

I believe I remember BadEye saying that something like that was on the to-do list.

Another thing i'd like to see added is the ability to add homebrew languages and proficiencies
Our campaign has different languages, based on the custom lore we've added and it would be nice to add these things. There are also some things that are specific to regions or characters which would provide them with proficiencies. This would also be useful. If not that then at least the ability to add these things manually to the proficiencies list. Since there isn't much detail involved in these things.
Okay, now that I've played with this a while, as the DM one thing I would really like in the CAMPAIGNS page is a little window with the Passive Perception of everyone in the campaign displayed for quick and easy access. I wouldn't mind if I could toggle to see a list of other values, like Armor Class, current Hit Points, etc... but an aggregation of the groups Passive Perception would be brilliant!
So I have been testing Dnd Beyond out, and I really want to use it both offline and together with Roll20. And am tempted to just buy the legendary bundle outright.
But one feature I would love is a DM's dashboard where I could get a quick overview over all my players sheet, and the ability to apply conditions and stuff from this dashboard. So something like: Character name, Level, HP, Armorclass, Passive Perception, Hit Dice left, Spellslots left, other resources 1, other resources 2, other resources 3, etc, Death Saves Successes/Failures, Conditions.
If I also could get the same for the monsters I was using, and an initiative tracker I would be very pleased.
I know theres I talk about a combattracker, and if it is anything like this it will be a great tool.
I used DnDBeyond for a Druid for the first time and I was wondering what the chances were of bringing up wild shape stats when you use that feature. If when you use that feature you could select from a list of creatures and then their information (ability scores, attacks, AC, HP) would pop up until we closed the window or HP hit zero. Would that be possible to build into the site? It would be so very useful.

Planned. Not just planned, but expected soon.

might have to have content sharing or just be the DM. I know i can see everyone's sheet as the DM.
I just want to tell everyone "happy gaming" and actually mean it. Whatever your game is, just have fun with it, it is after all, just a game.
Right now, only the DM of the campaign can see everyone's sheets. No way to share them with anyone else. I hope they do add that at some point myself.

The discussion on Physical vs Digital purchases is located here for review, which contains most arguments for and against:

Please refrain from further discussion on the topic in this thread, as we wish to have that debate centralized to one location.
