According to the app, Hunters Mark does not do magical damage it simply adds a mark which helps you deal more mundane damage.
additionally according to the app Favored Foe is not a spell, but instead a “Special Ability” however yes, it is still subject to the “you can only concentrate on one thing at a time period.”

The app not explicitly saying HM does magical damage does not mean it doesn't do magical damage. The rules rarely spell out something does magical damage, that's not really a thing in 5E; instead, there's a very simple general rule - if it comes from a source that is magical the damage counts as magical, otherwise it doesn't.
The app legit says it does piercing damage from piercing weapons, slashing damage from slashing weapons and bludgeoning damage from bludgeoning weapons. I’d give you the screen shot if I could post pictures.

DDB is not a reliable verification of any rule. It does all kinds of weird things, allows all kinds of weird things and is full of bugs. Additionally, it lacks full functionality so there are all kinds of things that should work but don’t.
Yah I’ve realized that. I think I’m going to let Ireena die because out DM is a murderous Strahd-opath and build a wizard before we hit the Amber Vault, maybe then we might have a chance in hell of surviving this torture.
Also if the DDB isn’t reliable but is being used to directly port to various VTTs then I think that D&D deserves to just tell us all to f*ck off and build 6th edition now.

Three things:
Any damage calculated as the result of a spell is always automatically “damage from a magical source” because spells are magical sources. The sheet doesn’t specify that the damage is from a magical source againagain because the damage is from a spell. Since the spell generates the additional damage that means it is from a magical source.
D&D is not an entity, it’s a product. The entity that publishes D&D is a company called Wizards of the Coast. That company does not own or operate this website, the company that does is called Fandom.
Exporting data from DDB to any VTT is actually a violation of DDB’s terms of service. They do not export anything to any VTT. Such exporting is accomplished by means of a 3rd party browser extension such as Beyond20, and that extension is known to frequently interfere with DDB, which is why DDB recommends against using it.
PS- Gold is scarce in CoS, and Wizard’s need lots of gold for their Spellbooks. I would recommend perhaps a different class such as Warlock or Bard as they actually each have a subclasses specifically designed for Ragenloft

I think if your 7th level character has three levels of fighter, you might not be making a good case for Rangers not being weak.
