I wonder who one must contact, in order to get this thread pinned to the top (Edit: and get the title changed). It's likely to get harder to add to this list soon, and bumping for the sake of bringing it to the top are not allowed.
To me, this list will remain relevant, and useful, for the foreseeable future.

Moderators probably. Might be a case of starting a new thread though, I can't remember if the mods on here change thread titles.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
My D&D experience sees the use of quite a few acronyms on a regular basis:
SNAFU - FUBAR - FAD - BOHICA - DILLIGAF - GFDI
Can't say what they mean, though, without risking a ban from the Forums.
There’s no rules against profanity because DDB has a censorship filter that is defaulted to “on” for everyone until they specifically turn it off. So you can Wright “Situation Normal, All Fucked Up,” and it’s not against the rules.

Except for when you do that, apparently.

Other stuff:
Acq Inq is an abbreviation for Acquisitions Incorporated
M3 is another way of saying Mordenkainen Presents: Monsters of the Multiverse
Some possible formatting stuff:
It might make sense to put the acronyms and other abbreviations in a smaller font size + in spoiler tags. You also might want to make two lists, one of which has all the acronyms, jargon, and other abbreviations and others with things sorted into categories. This is because someone likely won't know whether something is a book or module unless they already know the acronym or abbreviation.
You might want to add the following text at the top of the books/modules section: "Books and modules are typically given acronyms, which have a letter for each word. That letter is uppercase in most situations, but words like "and", "of", or "from" are usually written in lowercase along with a few others. When a book starts with a noun, sometimes people abbreviate it by just saying that word (eg. Volo's for Volo's Guide to Monsters)."
Also, I would just like to say sorry for writing so much. No way do you need all the acronyms for every book, and it makes sense not to put many of the stuff I wrote here in the original post list.

You can change thread titles by turning your phone sideways and clicking on "Tools", and then "Edit Thread".

Thanks! At least ignorance is a curable condition ;)
Yay, I fixed the title!
A request to pin this to the top has also been submitted. Hopefully I did so through the proper channels.
I might be able to help add some acronyms later when I have time. It might not be for a couple of days though.
