I am sorry if this is a repeat post, i couldn't find an existing thread.
Is there any plans for alternate cover bundles for the new books? I'm interested in getting the physical + digital bundle but i want the alternate cover versions of the books. I don't see anywhere where i can purchase the alternate cover physical books even as it's own bundle.
Alternate covers have always only been available through local game stores (and their online stores where applicable), so they won't ever be available on D&D Beyond. You'd have to reach out to a local game store to see if you can grab the books through them.

I'm going to buy the physical copies of the alternate covers and right when I nab the new MM, they are going to come out with a package of all of them in a sweet slipcase. :(

Right? It’s like a punishment for early adopters. I would 100% buy the slipcase separately if it were an option.

When will or why can't local game stores have access to sell bundles (so we can have digital content with the alternate cover books) or digital content on a card (like video games)? At this point I exclusively purchase the alternate covers for my library, and it certainly would be convenient to purchase a bundle at that point. Feels like a lost opportunity for WOTC. A $10 up-cost to have it available digitally seems like a sound investment, paying an addition $30 for a product I already own feels like we're being taken advantage of. Purchasing at a local game store already comes with an upcharge as you can preorder the standard cover on Amazon for a steep discount.
