Do The Temp Hit Points From Heroism Stack Each Turn, or is it capped at your spellcasting modifier? If my modifier is +5, will the target of the spell have +10 temp HP on their 2nd turn if they haven't taken any damage?
Healing can't restore temporary hit points, and they can't be added together. If you have temporary hit points and receive more of them, you decide whether to keep the ones you have or to gain the new ones. For example, if a spell grants you 12 temporary hit points when you already have 10, you can have 12 or 10, not 22.

Short answer temp hitpoints never stack, not sure where the main rule is in the book, but I know it's referenced in the sidebar on spore druid.
They don't stack from multiple sources, but the Heroism spell provides temp HP each turn. So Maybe "stacking" is the wrong term here.

It's also directly referenced every single time there is a new feature involving temp HP. They never stack.

Got it. Thanks.
