Since a dragonborn gains retractable claws from this feat which counts as natural weapons do they stack/deny with improved divine smite or unarmed strikes?
The claws are just an option for Unarmed Strikes. Basically instead of doing 1 + Str Mod bludgeoning damage for your unarmed strike you can choose to use 1d4 + Str Mod slashing damage.
It will work with anything that works with unarmed strikes.
Divine Smite specifically requires a weapon. This feat specifically states the claws are natural weapons. Therefore they can be combined with Divine Smite, and anything else that works with weapons.

Also, divine smite only requires a melee weapon attack (which unarmed strikes are). Improved divine smite on the other hand does require a melee weapon.
i understood but i had an idea for a golden dragonborn monk/paladin who radiades light with every strike to give him a holy theme including flurry of blows

Right. So... You can do that. How is that a bummer?
