There's nothing so far as "Click a button to calculate an appropriate reward for this encounter". The best you'll get is rolling on the Random Treasure Tables in the DMG.
It isn't really for random generation and is more tailored to search of filter down to items a DM may have in mind for a treasure hoard; but it's still a pretty nifty tool for browsing magic items though.
I don't think WotC is going to produce a table that compiles "everything" as such a table would be only of use to players who owned every source containing magic items; and WotC, while they don't mind those who purchase everything, they also are firm on "you don't need everything" to play D&D.
But if you want to browse listings of magic items, DDB may be your place for that.

It would be nice if there was a [Random Item] button to be presented with a random item just to see what it spits out, people would play with it all the time. I mean, there’s a button to randomly generate an entire PC, so why not? Ne?

This is feedback that I have personally passed along as a quick QOL improvement for the search fields not just for magic items, but also monsters, spells etc.
If you could set your search criteria and then hit a 'I'm Feeling Lucky' button that'll randomly return a result based on those criteria, it could streamline a lot of things, such as generating a spellbook or deciding what's a spell scroll, picking a monster at random or generating some random magic items for a hoard.

Is there a random treasure generator in D&D Beyond? Sorry if this has ben asked before.
DDB doesn't work for WoTC or create new official content. It is a digital toolset that enhances your gameplay and allows you to connect with other D&D players. The random treasure tables on DDB come straight out of one of the official D&D sourcebooks by WoTC.

Times have changed and DDB now is owned by WoTC. So can we look forward to a button that let's me roll magic items (including homebrew items)? BECAUSE THAT WOULD BE AMAZING!!!

Anyone know of a site or builder with a random treasure generator that includes recently published content? I'd like one that does DMG, Xanathar's and Tasha's https://omegle****/.
You cannot build something like that because the content is copy written. Tools like https://dmstinyhut.com/generateloot are probably the best there are.

There is a bunch of random generators here that I find useful:

Also, if you need something for low level characters, I like this weak magic item generator.
"Not all those who wander are lost"
Thanks all. DM guide tables and dice it is. So old school.
Yeah I'd like one where i can generate treasure and magic items available from all sources that i have, like the new Fizban's book
You can also try https://dmsTinyHut.com
I like Lady Tiefling's treasure (and other) tables: https://twitter.com/ladytiefling
Does DnD Beyond have an updated magic item table that includes the items from all the books?
No, there is no such table in any published D&D book by WotC and D&D Beyond only lists officially published content
Find my D&D Beyond articles here
D&D Beyond doesn't have a "master table" per se, though it does reproduce the tables in the books for folks who own those books' compendium content.
D&D Beyond does compile all the magic items that have appeared in official 5e materials in this section of its toolset here:

Since there’s one in the dns guide, I’d hope that Wizards would create a generator that can include all unlocked items.
