Hey everyone, I’m making a super greedy tiefling college of whispers bard and was wondering if there are any really good feats for an intrigue based campaign with that character, or if ability score improvements are just the way to go. 

Actor Feat would be good if you plan on taking a lot of shadows!

Inspiring Leader is good for any CHA build.

Once Tasha's is out and assuming the Sorcery Point feat is available I would say getting that and Subtle Spell Metamagic would be amazing. 

I agree with Optimus, Actor would be great for the Shadows, and Metamagic Adept for Subtle Spell is fantastic.

I might also recommend Fighting Initiate for the Dueling Fighting Style if you plan to use your Psychic Blades a lot.

 I would also consider the Wild Talent UA feat as well for the crazy bonus to Cha checks and Spell Attacks.
