Instead of an acronym, you can also go with "We don't know your name - We don't care what your name is - We're going to call you 'Bob'."
A Titan AE reference?
Nah. It's the same campaign as Bartholomew, but they knew 2 of the 3 surviving assassins' names and didn't care about the last one. When they realized they already had a Bob, they chose a different name, but they chose Bob first.

Human. Male. Possibly. Don't be a divider. My characters' backgrounds are written like instruction manuals rather than stories. My opinion and preferences don't mean you're wrong. I am 99.7603% convinced that the digital dice are messing with me. I roll high when nobody's looking and low when anyone else can see.🎲 “It's a bit early to be thinking about an epitaph. No?” will be my epitaph.
The middle name is pronounced very close to Robert, a Common Human name - and it stuck, eventually becoming Bob to the person's friends.

Bob is no worse than "Tim the Enchanter". He is a busy Tiefling, and long names are unimportant. Those Create Bonfire and Firebolt cantrips are not going to cast themselves.

Plus giving real names is for suckers.
When I created the initial setting for my players, though they created their own backgrounds, I set up their initial location. It was a large house of one of the players. The loyal retainers for that family were a pair of Halflings called Bert and Ernie. They loved it. And clearly, you did not get the reference for Tim. I am stunned when any D&D player does not get this reference.
