If you want to use Spell Point, D&D Beyond would be the least effective option. You're better off using other services that have greater flexibility in changing core rules, like Roll20 or Foundry.

Unfortunately Cyb3rM1nd is correct. It is especially unfortunate since that’s the easiest way to fix Sorcerers IMO.
If you do really want to make the clunky workaround, create a feat and “Add [an] Action” to the feat with the following settings:
Action Type: General
Level: 1
Activation Type: Special
Reset Type: Long Rest
[SAVE]
After that, you will need to re-edit your newly created feat and scroll all the way to the bottom to discover a new subform labeled “Limited Use,” and Add Limited Use Data.
Number of Uses: 4
Level: 1
[SAVE]
Then, you just need to add 19 more Limited Use Data entries with the “Number of Uses” and “Levels” corresponding to the table in the DMG.
Once you have added all 20 Limited Use Data entries, then you just need to drag-highlight the entire Spell Points section from the DMG and Copy/Paste it into the Description field of the feat. Then simply add an abridged version of the Description without the table into the Snippet field for the feat and use the {{limiteduse}} snippet to make your life easier. (The contents of this snippet field is what will display under the Features & Traits section of the Character Sheet. Whenever the Player clicks/taps the abridged description a sidebar will slide out and display the entire contents from the Description field.)
[SAVE CHANGES]
Then, just copy the contents from the snippet field of your feat, re-edit the action and paste it into the snippet field for the action itself. (This is what will appear under the Actions section of the Character Sheet. Leave this Description field blank and whenever a player taps/clicks the snippet field for the Action, it will still display the Description for the feat on the sidebar by default, so save yourself the extra step.)
[SAVE] the Action again, then you MUST re-save the entire feat again using the main [SAVE CHANGES] button under Basic Information.
Then, you can check it on a dummy character to see if it all works correctly. If it doesn’t all work correctly remember, anytime you edit a homebrew you must always re-save the entire thing using the main [SAVE CHANGES] button.

Ensure Homebrew is enabled for character.
On sheet go to features and traits.
Feats tab.
Click Manage Feats.
In sidebar find the feat and click add.

This is a great comment/guide! Only issue is that I didn't find a way to scale the feat's limited use by class level, only by spell level. Any idea on how to correct that?
Dunno if you are still looking for a way, but you can use a userscript to implement it. Why DnD Beyond hasn't just copied this open source work and pulled it in I do not know.
i know this is a old post but is there a video that shows how to do it thanks
There is now.

Are you asking for the feat method or the user script method? I've tried both but I much prefer the user script method. The feat method is clunky. However, the user script one only works when you are on the webpage, not when you are on mobile. If you are using the mobile app, the video above for the feat method.

If you’re using the mobile app instead of the site, there are probably more pressing concerns to address first, such as why on this green earth would one use the app instead of the site if there is abundant Wi-Fi available? That app is way better than it used to be, but aside from a few convenience features is far inferior to the site in almost every other way.
I just use the simpler method of clicking off the spell points when I go to use the slot. So long as you've taken the BA to convert at some prior point it's not cheating.

Keyword is "if".
My LGS has awful signal and would effectively charge double digit bucks per session for WiFi. That's why I wish they'd do something to make the app viable as a anything other than a reference book.

Is there any way to change Spell Slot to Spell Point in DnDBeyond character sheet?
Is there any way to create a feat that will automatically increase the Spell Point from leveling?
No.
Yes (but it is very time-consuming and clunky).
