Some services introduce an additional delay. If I watch a Twitch stream on my Smart TV, it's typically about 20 seconds behind watching it in a browser window on my PC.
I'll talk to Adam and Todd about this - I think that the tool they use to do the random giveaway selects from all users that have said something in chat since the stream started, but I'll find out and discuss with them about delay issues for viewers.

If you comment more often, do you have more chance, or does it only count your nick as a participant once no matter how many times you comment? I just ask 'cause there is always comment spam when an LB giveaway is announced.
