Site Update

Hello everyone!
We have just deployed an update that introduces two highly-asked-for features - the ability to export a PDF character sheet for printing and uploading your own custom images for your character portrait.
Export Sheet
You can export your character sheet from the 'What's Next' section of the builder or from the character menu on the digital sheet.
This will launch a form-fillable PDF that should be familiar to everyone that includes all the details for your character.
You can then update or tweak anything you desire before printing.
Custom Portraits
You can access the portrait upload from the Manage Portrait window. The recommended size is 150 x 150 pixels. You'll need to use jpg, png, or gif file types.
Let us know your feedback here in the forums.
Thanks!
Awesome! Will we have any other export options in the future? Such as CSV?
So, I’m on the latest iOS 11 beta, and when I go to generate a pdf sheet, I get a blank sheet, Ie not filled in with my character’s info.
Looking great! However, when I exported my bard on Windows 10 to a pdf the sheet provided suddenly shows all skills marked as being proficient in. Not a massive chore to uncheck most, but tedious if you have to do it in bulk.
I'm getting 403 forbidden when I try to use the export feature.
I am missing something... I can't seem to find the Manage Portrait window.
Character sheet looks good overall. I like how it automatically adds cantrips to attacks and such.
However-- While the spell page for a wizard appears to be set up to show all spells, with a filled in dot next to the ones that are prepared, it instead only shows the prepared spells, with none of them selected as prepared.
I presume the intended behavior is to show all the spells in the spell book, with the circles filled in next to the ones that are prepared.

A dwarf with a canoe on his back? What could go wrong?
Also, when I try to view my dragonborn bard I get directed to a "Forbidden' page.

For those of you getting a 403, you can only request the PDF generation for a character every 10 seconds.
I am the Inquisitor Imperitus. I am judge, jury, and executioner. Draw your last breath now, as I send you to the Nine Hells.
A few things I found while exporting:
Just my initial findings. Will report more if I find them.
Click on the character portrait! my apologies, didn't even realize it was clickable and it makes complete sense.
Loving this site! Can't wait for the licensed content!
Looks good... only had a few minutes to take a peek, but my first inclination would be that your class / racial abilities could be expanded on.
I.E. I made a random character that came up with a Lvl 10 Cleric/Ranger/Sorcerer I get the following list: (sorry so long)
Sorcerer:
- Draconic Resilience
- Dragon Ancestor
- Hit Points
- Proficiencies
- Sorcerous Origin
- Spellcasting
- Sorcery Points
Cleric:
- Bonus Proficiency
- Disciple of Life
- Divine Domain
- Hit Points
- Proficiencies
- Spellcasting
- Channel Divinity
- Channel Divinity: Preserve Life
Ranger:
- Favored Enemy
- Hit Points
- Natural Explorer
- Proficiencies
- Fighting Style
- Spellcasting
- Hunter’s Prey
- Primeval Awareness
- Ranger Archetype
- Ability Score Improvement
- Extra Attack
Racial Traits:
- Darkvision
- Keen Senses
- Fey Ancestry
- Trance
- Elf Weapon Training
- Mask of the Wild
I'd really like the descriptions as well.
Some of these aren't needed (spellcasting / proficiencies / hit points, etc)
But Disciple of life... kind of important to know what it does "Also starting at 1st level, your healing spells are more effective. Whenever you use a spell of 1st level or higher to restore hit points to a creature, the creature regains additional hit points equal to 2 + the spell’s level."
Could be abbreviated somehow. We all have out favorite sheets, and one of the reasons I like some of them is when I enter a class feature, racial trait, feat, etc.. it autofills some good info for me.
This would be HUGE help to beginning players. And would cut down on the amount of editing needed to get the sheet to be in a workable format for the table.
I also receive the 403 error when I try and export my player's character sheet that are apart of my campaign. As a DM, am I going to be able to export my player's characters sheet?

Yea this is where I'm having problems. I can view the pdf's of my characters, as long as they aren't part of a campaign. My one character that is part of a campaign is not viewable by me. Not sure if it was intended that only a dm can create pdf's of campaigned(?) players?
Every time you release a new feature, you exceed my wildest expectations. This is top notch. Above and beyond. Thank you very much, and keep up the fine work.
