Walks will try to get within 30 feet of Angus then Channel her faith to heal him for 50 hp.
That's definitely some aoo. Still a go? It's going to take some swimming snd climbing, so should need an Athletics check, in lieu of a dash action. Tl,dr: if you accept rhe AoOs, make a Str (athletics) check, otherwise post something else. <Angus is the only one in the tower above the water line more than 10ft>
(I'm still unclear as to what happened. Did you ever look at the diagram and decide if Tab was able to take cover behind the edge of the building? Did you decide if the melee attacks stood, or if you were going to reroll damage as crossbow attacks? I really don't know if Tab is conscious or not at this point, although with Marlyth healing me I guess he is. I mean, did he sink? Still, to know how to move forward, it would be good to know exactly what happened.)
I'm not tracking hp, that's on the players. If he's wearing a ring of water walking, Tabaqui doesn't sink, even if he us unconcious. I really dont feel up to retracing every attack and recalculating it with partial cover. I left ranged attacks open so people who were outside - the objective condition of the defending force - could still do something besides bobbing in the water while things happened inside. Of course the archers can also shoot through the windows. They might even reasonably have advantage, but not mechanically in 5e.
I can see a scenario where the corner spot is just so thst there is no clear line of sight, but then they're just going to move to a spot where they can, whether they have to stand on a table or lean out the wi dow, whatever it is, that's what they do. That might be fun to describe but it seems like dragging it out at this point. Just be conscious, figure out what hp you think you should have and go with it. It's not as if the BBEGs repertoire ends with summoning a wurm and casting 1 charge of disintegrate... there are still NPCs that haven't even entered combat yet.
&Hey!& Walks is a harengon! She doesn't have to climb anything if she jumps, she just has to use normal movement to get to a solid floor and then hop ip to reach Angus. It does still allow AoO though. Str (athletics) check OR use of rabbit hop works.
Angus: you're the first of the oartyto see the third floor. As the stone walls bend and fold to reshape the castle around you, you see the fading impression of Tyreus' study melting away. Hulking, hardwood bookshelves line the walls here, teeming with tomes boasting colorful, pristine spines. Layers of soft carpets lay between them, capped with a plush leather reading chair and a wide, square table scattered with more books. Despite all this, the room has no smell.
Strangely, the books do not fall from the shelves, despite the strange angles they are being contorted. In fact, some of the books even seem to be bending and distorting in the same manner as the castle walls. Not so, the books on the floor and table, which topple and slide along with the table and chair, threatening to fly from the open window as it arches ever nearer to the surface of the rising lake.
Angus can also see from this vantage point, in the room across from him, divided by a widening expanse, a long dining table that dominates the room, framed by a huge fireplace at one end. Above the fireplace, a taxidermy head of a blue dragon is frozen in mid-snarl; its eyes seem to be diamonds. The dark table is decorated with a cobalt-blue runner, and a sideboard gleams with golden cups on a golden tray, next to a decanter of darkredwine. The table is set with six low chairs and a single, high-backed chair at the head, near the fireplace.
Tabaqui, who is currently standing on the water outside the eastern wall of the keep, will move whichever way necessary to be able to get a clear shot at the mage with his longbow +1. He will then fire another arrow at Tyreus, hoping to distract him. If the rogue has any movement left (including a BA dash if needed), he will take cover behind either the wall of the keep or behind Hamish, whichever affords more protection from the crossbows of the enemy.
(not sure how far away the mage is, will roll two attack rolls, use both if disadvantage needed, use first if not)
Long bow attack: 12 , 26Damage 7 magical piercing.
@Syd: The mage is riding on the wurm, who swims through the water. We have previously established that submerged targets are viable for ranged attacks.
On ranged attacks in water:
A ranged weapon attack automatically misses a target beyond the weapon's normal range. Even against a target within normal range, the attack roll has disadvantage unless the weapon is a crossbow, a net, or a weapon that is thrown like a javelin (including a spear, trident, or dart).
<DA does apply. Hamish can provide full cover and is quite nearby. Not much movement needed at all for any of this, would leave the hide action available, FYI. (I had not though of using Hamish to hide, but he would be OK with it)>
Tabaqui watches his arrow fly through the water. Incredibly, he makes the shot and sees it strike Tyreus' leg as it srrafdles the armored wurm. The mage grabs the arrow and.. Tabaqui fails to see if he is able to pull it out as he has moved to find cover behind Hamish.

(Didn't realize that Tyreus was submerged, I guess I visualized him on the wurm's back gliding along the surface of the lake rather than underwater)
Tabaqui will use his bonus action to hide Stealth 26
Tauzan will try to move back through the window into the tower, moving towards the closest target. (All attacks focus on the same target unless knocked out, then he'll switch to the next closest if possible.) (Unarmed Attack: 18 Damage: 10 bludgeon) (Khopesh Attack: 22 Damage: 12 slash) (Unarmed Attack: 14 Damage: 7 bludgeon)

The iron lion envoy screams in pain and surprise as flames engulf his armor.
(Waiting on Walks to confirm plus Tauzen and Tabaqui's actions)

I think it's Tauzen and then back to human NPCs, (and I guess the wurm)

Tabaqui will use his bonus action to hide
