With wyrm enraged by the injured leg, he takes to the skies, firing a line of acid at Gale. Gale, stunned that his ring's effect hadn't worked, quickly re-casts wind wall, but is still hit with a small glob of acid (2d8).
To Hit: 13
Gale narrowly dodges the glob.
(You don't get advantage on the Dex save, this was a special Barbarian ability of Dorian. Still, your first roll is high enough to succeed, so we go with that. Now, the breath weapon allows to reduce damage to half with a Dex save, so Gale still takes 11 acid damage - the same as Dorian. Unless someone of you objects, I think the wyrmling would see clearly that this fight is beyond him and would disengage at the next opportunity, which is basically after Gordon and Gale have their turns. I would let Gales Wind Wall vanish and retcon that he just did the crossbow attack at his entry, which would mean in his next turn he can act, I hope you all agree but please say if you do not. )
The wyrmling his visibly nervous and appears to be looking around to try and find an avenue to exit this battle. (Gordon and Gale are up.)
(I gave myself a disadvantage, due to me being unprepared for the attack. I didn't have advantage.)
As my action, I use my two-weapon attack with my sickles:
Right Hand Sickle: Attack: 5 Damage: 2
Left Hand Sickle: Attack: 20 Damage: 2
As a bonus action, I activate Blood Curse of the Maledict and Crimson Rite (on my right hand sickle).
Crimson Rite: Right Hand Sickel extra damage: 1
Blood Curse of the Marked extra damage (x2 because it is two weapon attack): 8
(Sorry, that was clearly my mistake with the Dex save. I don't understand, however, your actions. You attack with a sickle, so far so good, but then you use three bonus actions, but you - and everyone else - only have at most one. Engaging in two-weapon fighting is a bonus action. invoking a blow curse is a bonus action, and activating your crimson rite is a bonus action, too. You can only do one of these three. I'm not sure how we should handle your post, since choosing the best bonus action now after the rolls is a bit awkward. Then, your damage rolls didn't work. Two things, (1) your sickles have a base damage of 1d4 so you need to choose them in the dice roller tool, and (2) your two-weapon fighting bonus action doesn't allow for the ability bonus on damage, so the +2 would have to go. That said, I'm not entirely sure if you can draw two weapons in the same turn, but I would be willing to waive that for style. All in all, if everyone is fine with that I would let you choose which bonus action you would like to do, even after the rolls.)
So Dorian takes half damage. Thanks for letting me know. This is our 2nd threat out of 4 if I understand it correctly. That means we still have 2 more encounters after this before loot and 1000 experience points yes? Also as a point of question for the DM are we allowed short rests between threats? Sorry for all the questions, just trying to understand how this works. Never played this style before.
(Couple of general points from my perspective: My understanding is that we are to resolve all 1d4 threats without a short rest, which I think is fair in terms of balance and resource management. I would argue however, that this undercuts abilities that recover on a short rest, therefore, after our excursion, I would recommend to roll 1d4 threats, the allow for a short break and then 1d4 more threats before finishing. Regarding XP, I think we get 1000 base XP plus all XP from encounters, all of which we share. I would assume that we get our treasure rolls at the very end, for us that makes for a nice narrative, finally being able to search the campsite. That said, I don't know, just my two cents. It's also my first time trying this out. Currently, we are at (1000+4x25+200) XP with 4 rolls, one for each of us, on the loot table. I would say that we get XP from the dragon even if it runs away, I wouldn't want to promote unnecessary violence and from the resource point of view it makes no difference, choose as you see fit for your char. )

(That's a good point about making short rests less valuable. Your feedback is welcome. It could be something like 1d4, and if there are 2 or more then you get a short est after 2, or it could be 1d4 then shoet rest then another 1d4 like you suggested. My original plan was just the 1,000 xp but that can be changed. What do you think?)

(I haven't really formed an opinion about XP yet, partly because I'm not sure yet how challenging the whole affair is. You need 1800 to advance from 3 to 4 and as it is players would need like 4 expeditions if there are 2d4 threats, from Level 4 to 5 more expeditions will be required, then it kicks in the XP from better monsters, which might cause TPK unless players team up with bigger groups (The Young Copper Dragon be a prime candidate). I don't know, perhaps base XP is fine, I guess an evolving loot table would be useful though.)
I’m not saying we will need it, I was just wondering. The d4 and short rest and then a d4 sounds alright, but maybe give the party the chose if they want to continue with another d4 adventure, earning the extra 1000 xp and maybe some bonus xp for doing two adventures without a long rest. That way it encourages parties to go as long as possible, but also be more careful with there resources like spells, rage etc. It’s just an idea.

I guess the 1000 xp is easier. Although there may be circumstances where it isn’t. Suppose we rolled a 1 on the threats and had 4 twigs as the threats. Then after we easily deal with them we get 1000 xp. If we calculate the total threat xp and divide evenly among the party then that betters shows the difficulty, but then we will get horrible numbers at times for the xp and it will confuse everyone. I guess it’s up to everyone preference, have a fixed xp or have it calculated. There are pros and cons to both.
Ini (current turn bold): Gorden (17 - attack with grapple attempt), Gale (11 - XBow attack), Wyrm (11-breath weapon), Rizo (5 - Wildfire Spirit + Shillelagh (BA)), Dorian (3 - Rage (BA) and two claw attacks), Gorden (17-tbd), Gale (11-two sickle attacks (one of them as BA), we still need the 2d4 damage from the hit), Wyrm (11 - "indicated that they would turn tail, just in case you feel merciful"), Rizo (5 - tbd), Dorian (3 - tbd), Gorden (17-tbd), Gale (11-tbd),...
The wyrmling [7/22 HP] flap fearfully their wings, feeling that they grossly underestimated their opponents. Ready to disengage and take wing, they brace themselves for the next incoming attacks, after which they can see a window of opportunity to realise a swift flight. Maybe they can still escape? Live to see another day? Once more revel in their growing hoard?

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Wow, you don't even give us a break to breath. Well, I'm ok with that. Gale, please, adjust your HP to 11. You took 11 acid damage from the dragon but the crimson rite damage didn't happen at the end.)
It appears someone or something is watching the group. While Gordon bear hugs the copper dragon wyrmling (dead? or unconscious? I'm not sure I've got your meaning of KO), a statue that looked like decoration to a tent entrance begins to stir.
Rizo ini: 8
(Gorden, I think you can safely do your turn. Also choose how far away the Gargoyle is from us. This is going to be a tough fight, I guess.)

The dragon is unconscious. The 40 foot away gargoyle has unfurled its wings, but not yet started flying.
Gordon's runes on his armor start to glow, and he gets even taller than before. He readies himself to grab the creature if it gets close enough. (BA giant's might, A ready a grapple)

Gale notices the Gargoyle immediately but wants to get his revenge first. He, rather at a leisurely pace, walks up to the dragon's head. He points his crossbow right up against the wyrms eye and pulls the trigger. With a splat, the eye pops, and the dragon goes limp, breathless. Gale sighs with relief, pulling out his waterskin, and cleaning his wounds. He then fills the waterskin with the dragon's blood. He then puts his beak up to the dragon's leg, preparing for the gargoyle attack, and drinks...
Dorian, still focused on dealing with the dragon, feels it begin to fall. He moves quickly out from underneath it and sees Gordon hitting it with his fist. He shouts in with a little growl in his voice, That’s the way to bring a beast down. Bring me more. He couldn’t have spoken any sooner for a new monster appears. It’s covered in a stone skin and almost looked like a statue. More things to hunt.

(I assume your readied grapple attack includes an interception in case the Gargoyle doesn't come close enough to you? Something along he lines, "Ready to intercept the Gargoyle when he attacks a party member (or me) to grapple him." Though this let's you grapple after the gargoyle attacks, I'll leave it to you to find a better wording if you wish to do it differently. It is important that Ready actions need a definite trigger to get activated.)

My posting scheduled is irregular: sometimes I can post twice a week, sometimes twice a day. I may also respond to quick questions, but ignore harder responses in favor of time.
My location is where my character for my home game is (we're doing the wild beyond the witchlight).

Wild Magic Surge Table: 79

(That is your action and your free object interaction. The rest will have to wait for your next turn or after the fight.)
(Can you elaborate why you roll on the Wild Magic table? Is this something Blood hunter related? Sorry, if I missed something obvious here.)
(Just a brief reminder that your rage only keeps going as long as you hit things every turn.)
(I would randomise the Gargoyles attack, 1d6 for 1- Gale, 2 - Gorden, 3 - Dorian, 4 - Rizo, 5 - Wildfire spirit, 6 - choice of the one who decides to describe the Gargoyle's attack (and that won't be me).)
