Thea, very overwhelmed to have gone from her new little band to this bustle of new people and voices and ideas and updates, sticks close with her team and quietly watches and listens. She tries to understand her role in all of this and how one girl that doesn't understand her powers and with a naughty sprite side kick can help in all of these important endeavors but she remains committed todoing her best to ensure the success of their missions. Feeling a tingling in her forehead, likely from too many thoughts racing through her mind, she rubs the shimmering pink birthmark under her bangs and closes her eyes settling herself. When she opens them, her resolve is set and she feels a thrill in her belly that perhaps her story is about to begin.
Oten shakes his head when Lelith asks him about Maron and Sorry. "I do not know." He then steps back as she is brought away. He waits a moment and then turns his head, scanning for someone. There! He spies his target standing next to a slightly more familiar face. He wades through the crowd over the two, being careful not do step on any fleshy toes with his large metal frame.
"Pardon my intrusion. Kaede."He nods at her, and then turns to the one standing beside her. "Amitola, if I remember correctly? I have a couple of questions I need answered urgently, and I believe you may be the one who can help me." He leans in and speaks in lowered volume, "Jek said you were the one who heard about a traitor in our party from the Bright Lady. I need to know when this traitor was detected, and what exactly the Bright Lady told you about it."
A focus comes across the Half-Orc's face, the kind of expression a seasoned gambler might adapt when not wanting to reveal their hand. "My name is Dargul the Red. All do respect m'lord, and I truly mean that, but we're just lowly mercenaries..." He gestures to the other two. "We don't care one bit who wins the wars at hand, and are already under contract with Queen Bavmorda to round up deserters... Is the person that left your leader then? Is he going to make us a better offer, and that's why we're here?.." He wets his lips, a look of readiness to his posture. "We don't break contract with the Empire, nor do we violate its laws... We mean you and your lot no disrespect, but... We really should get back to Nockbaar as if none of this ever happened. Is that something that can be arranged, or are we to be treated as prisoners of your war?" As he says the final words, the older man readies to draw a longsword while casually pulling a shield onto his arm. The Harengon stands his glaive upright as well...
Kit-Tik was happy to hear more thorough explanations from Rum and Jek Utinni, though his face would show no visible emotions. Kit-Tik then addressed the two interlocutors individually, though his telepathy was still broadcasting to all near him. (Should some individuals prefer not to listen to Kit-Tik, they are able to mentally break off the telepathic connection without issue).
First to Rumble, "A pleasure to meet you Rumble of Hunger, thank you for your explanation. It relieves this one and his clutchmates to hear that we are amongst friendly parties. Though this one doesn't understand the full extent of their summoning, let us continue these nice relations." Kit-Tik extends his robotic arm for the tabaxi to shake.
Then to Jek, "A pleasure to meet you too, Jek Utinni. What you have shared about the three suns is... perplexing. It seems as this one finds answers, it only leads to more questions. If only Master Engewook were here to hear your tale. Perhaps he could shed more light on the subject than this one. Nonetheless, let this one fulfill his end of the deal. To answer your question, this one has not seen any of your kind in the Stygian Wastes before. In fact, not many have dared to face the harsh conditions of the Wastes, including this Vader you speak of. Also since you share fabled tale, let this one share his own:
South of the Stygian Wastes lies the Southern Oracle. However, to get to her, one must go through three, mystical gates. The first is the Great Riddle Gate. Only those who truly feel their self worth can pass these gates, else they are met with swift annihilation. The second gate is the Magic Mirror Gate. This gate tests one's mettle against their truest equal: themselves. Should you stand triumphant, you may pass through to the third gate or use the gate to enter the Twilight Realm. The last gate is the No-Key Gate. Standing in the middle of nowhere, only those who lose the will to open the gate can open the gate. A conundrum is it not? Alas, should one clear the three gates, they have access to the Southern Oracle. An entity said to hold a plethora of knowledge on all things.
Quite the tale is it not? Makes one wonder that if random individuals such as this one was summoned, why not also summon someone like the Southern Oracle. Surely she would be a great boon to your cause."
As Dangul raises his shield Ward turns his focus to him and approaches. “I’d be careful there friend, knowing when your outgunned is a crucial skill to learn if you wish to make it long in your business. And while I’m sure they could arrange sending you back, do you really want that?” Ward says, moving a bit closer and whispering to the man. “The lot of us killed 18 of the empires hunter and the last two ran away.” Before showing the chem launcher, the armor he took off the Sith and pointing towards Kerwyn. “He’s the one who got the laser sword. Your life is your choice, but I would rather you not throw it away for a dog who will throw his mens life away like cattle.” Ward says, taking a step back and looking at the man.
Glancing over at the one who has approached, slightly caught off guard. "Yes, the name you have called me is correct. If I can help I will give it my best."
Once hearing Oten's questions, Amitola looks around, and slightly tugs his arm to move to the side, with him speaking in a hushed tone she realized he wanted to speak without any peering ears. Once off to the side a couple steps, Amitola speaks in a hushed tone, barely loud enough for Oten to hear. "Yes, I was the one who was told about the traitor in the midst. There was a battle scene within the 'Bright Lady's eyes, while being shown, she said it was "...my burden to carry." The battle I was shown... was Hyrule Castle, it was horrid. She whispered merregon to me while it was all happening so fast, and then behind them was the Lord of Darkness, and farther back the Temple of Times doors were open. Then there was your party. I was only told minutes before you all arrived here. She showed me the outcome if I didn't reach your party... it was a massacre. The AURYN was gone, there was no way to reach you we all tried to think of everything, then while trying to figure it out, your party appeared here, I wish we could've reached you."
Saying it all out loud, she dropped her head to her feet, ashamed. Thinking this was on her, maybe she could've reached them sooner, she knew it was going to happen, maybe if she was just a little quicker they wouldn't have lost their friend.
Dargul looks a long moment at Ward, the flicker of a smile at the corners of his lips. "Hard bastards to kill, those." He replies calmly while making a slow and visible hand gesture to his comrades. They go back to a relaxed posture. "Nothing for nothing, but I was asking if we were to be taken prisoner to gauge if you lot just took to killing without a second thought. To that, we'd at least go down fighting." He clears his throat to speak louder. "Our band surrenders, for whatever that's worth..." He hesitates a moment, then adds, "I'm racking my brain to understand why we're here at all... None of you would happen to know a mercenary who goes by Golfeki... or sometimes Kerek-nor, or Captain Kree, or Dageron... Do any of those sound familiar?"
Kerwyn’s eyes widen as he hears the news from Gandalf. Many things click into place as he reviews all the signs and indications through his life, reliving things seen, conversations where there were hints, all of it makes sense. He adjusts the circlet on his head, realization and acknowledgement come to his face. His chest bows out. He feels even more empowered to take action, to help Atreyu, to lead his group of unusual, capable fighters on to victory.
A power awakens within him, he starts taking deep breaths, a smile on his face. “I have the …“ *cough, cough, cough*. “I have the ..“ *cough, cough, hack* A few owl feathers come out of his mouth and float down to the ground. “I have the power!” he shouts in a very loud voice upward. “FUS - RO - DAAAAH!!” and a wave of energy goes up to the sky. He turns to the others, looking a little embarrassed as this came out of him almost unbidden at this realization. “Ummm, sorry about that. I couldn’t hold that back.” He sneezes.
He smiles at Travin and says “We have bigger things to do right now and I’m fine to leave that nutcase Jareth alone on his little Labyrinth throne. But it will be interesting sometime to talk to him again. If we survive, I hope to help all Eternia. You can help me to achieve it!” He smiles back at Shavaris, unconsciously flexing his biceps and giving her a nod. “I guess so. Captain Kerwyn has become Prince Kerwyn. Who’d of thunk it?” he says to her awkwardly and his face flushes. All of a sudden, he puts his hand to his stomach and says “I’m hungry, suddenly famished. Are you guys hungry? I could eat a whole bowl of cornlizards. Where is Krille?”

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
“I do believe we have a Dageron here if you can manage to find him. And apologies for the forcefulness, tense times I’m sure you understand.” Ward chuckles out, also lowering his arms to not point their barrels at the group.

Dargul, smile fully across his face and a look of relief in his eyes, offers a forearm clasp in friendship. "Not a worry. Dageron dispatched us to act as double agents against the Empire. If you could direct us to him, we need to debrief. We've been out of touch for months, but we do need to get back quickly as we cannot leave our army at camp without leadership for too long."
Jek hears someone saying Dageron's name and wanders over, only catching the tail end of the conversation. "Oh, your friends with Dageron? He's my friend, too! I think he went back to the library. Here, I can show you the way. I think Darla is with him, too. I think she's really taken a shine to him. I'm glad, I didn't think they would get along at first.... Have you heard of a goose? I never had until today, they have a good book about them in the Library."
Dargul looks a moment at... whatever Jek is. "It's... nice to make your acquaintance. My name is Dargul the Red..." He gestures to both Ward and Jek, "And what are your names?"
(( Once introductions are done he will gesture for the others to follow Jek to find Dageron. As they walk to the library he will ask Jek... ))
"So... it is unusual for him to give his real name. How long have you known the General? And can you tell me anything about why these people are assembled... I get that this is some kind of resistance gathering, but against which army? It seems like there are so many these days..."
Jek smacks himself on the forehead. "I'm sorry, I thought you were her when I introduced myself. I am Jek Utinni of the Order of the Phoenix."
Jek looks confused. "Why would you give people other names? Hmm, I've known him for.... how long has it been. About a month now? A little less? Also, you are part of those people who were assembled. But, that's an interesting question. I mean, is it really the army we are fighting, of the darker forces leading those people astray? I suppose we are more fighting a philosophical war for the minds and souls of the people. Also, a literal war. I mean, we did fight Vader, and that was really scary. Dageron is always going on about the enemies and how we are soft and need better strategies and such, but I think he likes us. He'll probably be happy to see you! He can write what he has to tell you into his little book!" As he speaks, they approach the library.
"Hmm, he should be around here somewhere? Do you see a goose? I think she's with him if she wasn't with Slade. Hmmm..." Jek stops in the middle of the library. This will take too long to look through this huge Library. He wants to get back and talk to some of those new people. Jek shouts "DAGERON, SOME FRIENDS OF YOURS CAME TO VISIT! ONE IS NAMED DARGUL THE RED. I DON'T THINK I LEARNED THE OTHERS NAMES. THEY SEEM NICE. ALSO, ALL THE OTHER BANDS TELEPORTED HERE. AND SOME OTHER RANDOM PEOPLE.... IS DARLA WITH YOU. Oh, hi Qiwut. Why are you glaring at me? That fire before wasn't real, it was a prank.... Sorry."
For a moment, the only sound Oten makes are the clicks and clanks of his internal machinery as he processes this information. He reaches out a mechanical hand, and his finger guides Amitola's chin back up.
"Be not ashamed. If the first warning you had of a traitor among us was shortly before our defeat at Hyrule, then there is nothing you could have done, and you have given me the good news I was hoping to hear. You see, I had the troubling notion that if Lelith truly was influenced beyond her control, and your forewarning preceded that occurrence, then the implication would be that the traitor has gone as yet undiagnosed among us. But with this, whilst nothing is known for certain, that concern of mine at least seems lesser in probability."
Boulder Chilled looks at Shavaris, looks around, raises a finger like he's going to say something. He pauses. Thinks. Reaches up and rubs his stubbly chin. Nods. Wanders off, heading toward Skyloft by himself...
If anyone wants to do retroactive replies to questions that were previously posed, that's fine, or to catch up with other characters. Try to keep it in the bounds of reason, of course. A few paragraphs are cool.
The Landscape around Skyloft
Atreyu combed his hair back out of his face as he leaned over the map and looked at their objectives again.
"I wish someone else was here." He said, sweat beading on his brow. "Calisto. Or Dabbert. Someone who was good at military planning. I guess I never gave them proper respect for their skills. So let's go through this again."
Gandalf leaned back, sticking his pipe in his mouth and puffing on it, cupping the end with his fingers, then releasing, taking a big pull of smoke, and blowing a perfect sphere of smoke toward the ceiling.
"Simple things first." Atreyu continued. He looked up from the map and started pointing to the individuals in the room, all of which were gathered there except for Lelith, who they'd sequestered for the time being. "I've divided you all up based on your skills as I perceive them. Gandalf helped. Some of these tasks are simpler than others. Once you're done with simple things, we'll move you to the next objective. We need to accomplish these goals in quick succession, so move hard, move fast. Get to your objective and complete it. If you can't, call for backup, or leave it. We can't be losing people to failed attempts."
"A little background, I guess. Work with me people, I know this is boring but I'm trying."
"A lot has happened since, well, some of you, initially left the Ivory Tower two months ago. I'm only going to cover the most important parts. If I miss anything, I'm sorry. There's a lot here, and we don't have time to be here all night. Everyone needs to rest, rearm, and get ready for tomorrow, because tomorrow is going to be a long day. I'll try to cover the most important details."
"According to The Order of the Phoenix, Lord Vader's forces captured the Tower of the Elephant recently and were set to execute the Mystics, the urRu, because killing them would also kill the Skeksis, and leave the Palace of the Crystal undefended. Shortly after that, while trying to rescue the Mystics, the Order moved to the Ivory Tower, and Vader followed. This...this..."
Atreyu paused here and took a deep breath, steadying himself before moving forward.
"...this resulted in the death of Moonchild, the Childlike Empress. Lord Vader occupies the Ivory Tower at this time, which is now christened the Dark Tower. Cairon, before his death, was able to teleport the Mystics beyond the Great Riddle Gate of the Southern Oracle, so they are safe for now."
"The Order of the Phoenix has spent extensive time here at the Hall of the Celestials researching and in conference with the Goddesses. We've learned several things. The Triforce of Courage is in the Crater on the eastern side of the island. It's guarded by a Tarrasque, which was apparently imprisoned there a long time ago in a battle with the Apex, or Apex Predator...Godzilla. We'll talk more about that later. It's been changed by the Triforce, so we should expect it to be real nasty when we take the Triforce and free it."
"Lord Vader isn't from here. He's from...well. Somewhere else. Apparently his real name is Anakin Skywalker, and he came here to use the Force to revive the woman he loved. I..."
Gandalf interjected here, laying a hand on Atreyu's shoulder to pause him.
"I believe Lelith's testimony about Ganon. Ganondorf, as it were. That Ganondorf is the ancient evil we used to know as Sauron, the Necromancer. I believe, too, what she says about Lord Vader being in the service of Ganon. When you put this puzzle together, this Anakin Skywalker, wherever he's from, was seduced by the dark side of the Force and fed enough by The Enemy to become what he is today. He was frightening before, a true battlefield juggernaut...but now, knowing what he's fighting for...there is no end to what one will do for true love. Fear him, AURYN Called. He should not be trifled with. I would worry, too, what he will do if his task is completed, and Ganon doesn't uphold his end of the bargain, to revive Skywalker's true love."
"We also know that the Childlike Empress...as we know her...is gone. There is a new Empress, waiting to take the throne, apparently, somewhere out there in the world. We don't know who she is, so for now, we'll hold on that information and hope we can offset enough of what's happening to allow her to survive long enough to ascend."
"From Twilight Embers we've learned that Ganon has the three Sacred Stones. Ganondorf took the Goron's Ruby at some point, then marched on Zora's Domain and took their stone as well, the Zora's Sapphire, and decimated their population. One of his pieces, the Lord of Darkness, had been inhabiting the Great Deku Tree and had sickened it before the Embers saved it. The Lord of Darkness decided to join Ganondorf at this point, they captured the Kokiri Emerald, and then marched on Hyrule Castle. From their reports, it sounds like the lands around the castle are battle-scarred and crawling with the undead and huge constructs called Guardians. Castle Town has undead, and rats that apparently read your mind, maybe even ravens and people doing the same thing, and Ganon, the new being created from the combining of the Lord of Darkness and Ganondorf, have entered the Temple of Time, though it sounds like the Master Sword wasn't there, and that they were denied access to the Sacred Realm and the Pedestal of Time. At least we have that going for us for now."
Their confrontation at the Temple of Time is where Lelith's betrayal was made known, and where Greko the Green lost his life in their defense."
"It would seem that Ro Aleron opening the Lament Configuration bridged Hyboria with somewhere else." Gandalf said, giving Atreyu a second to rest his voice. "I haven't figured this out yet, but I think it was the catalyst that allowed the Lord of Darkness and Ganondorf to combine into one being, this Calamity Ganon or Ganon, whatever you want to call it. Him. When you look at the Castle now...you see that there is something growing there and spreading across the land. Some sort of...aberrational disturbance. Like the Nothing but...also not. I think this might actually be a part of Ganon himself, but I'm not sure. There's a lot of unknowns here. And I'm already hearing rumors from the birds that there are strange things popping up all over the world. Creatures unlike anything we've seen before. I think that, if the reports we've heard of this pinheaded fellow are to be true, then they have to be linked to his appearance."
Atreyu continued.
"I stood up Andromeda's Answer myself at Argos, with the express mission of finding Princess Zelda and the Ocarina of Time before Ganondorf could. He will be looking for her. And someone said...someone...I don't even remember who. But she's hiding in the Great Grass Sea now. We'll deal with that at some other point. Anyway, we were at Argos when the Kraken, Kygrax, attacked. The city was in bad shape when we left and Princess Andromeda was taken hostage. It's my understanding that she's been delivered into the hands of Queen Bavmorda to be some sort of sacrifice. I don't even...Dageron? Was it your mercenaries who brought us that data?"
"Andromeda's Answer has also informed us that Vader's forces are using Subternia to move across the oceans undetected. They tried to use a mining town on the Gerudo coast to pop up in Hylia. Jappiter, it was called. They were able to thwart this attempt, but you can bet he's not done. They're also saying there is this growth, like what Gandalf described around the castle, starting to grow on the people and animals of the region. Lelith has it, if no one has saw. It was gone earlier, suppressed by healing magic, but it's coming back. Growing on her neck."
Atreyu pauses here to take a breath and run his hands through his hair. He looks at Gandalf for reassurance, and the old wizard nods for him to continue.
"Then there's the Dawn Guard." He says with a deep breath. "While I appreciate their enthusiasm and unconventional ways, it sounds like there was a lot of...of..."
"Tomfoolery." Gandalf quips.
"...close enough. Sounds like there were fights with Goblins, doppelgangers, some harpy thing, some tree with boobs..."
He looks around and blushes...
"...sorry. Uh. The destruction of an entire traveling carnival. Mushroom people. Something invisible that shoots you from far away. And this was before they got to the Labyrinth. They had tracked Blix, the servant of the Lord of Darkness and who, at the time, had the Alicorn, into the Labyrinth. The Labyrinth sounds like a battle from one end to the other. They lost Ralik Two Knives in the Bog of Eternal Stench during a skirmish with Blix, and had a second skirmish with him at some weird meeting where he was trying to sway members of the world's noble courts to support him as the new Goblin King after he had usurped Jareth. They finally cornered Blix in Jareth's castle and, it turns out, discovered...I'm still not sure how...that he was a human child once named Gavin Tiller...the brother of Travin Tiller. Travin was able to get him to relinquish the Alicorn without further bloodshed...and I'm happy to inform you that the Alicorn is the first of our goals we've been able to secure. So there's a least that. Let's not forget this nonsensical story Travin is telling about 'the storytellers' and the gods of the gods and all that business. Not even sure what's happening with that."
"Jareth was at least good enough to share the location of the Last Unicorn with the Dawn Guard after that. She's been transformed into a human being and has been offered as a bride to King Haggard of Hagsgate by Schmendrick the Blue. Haggard is famed as a killer of Unicorns and commands the Red Bull, which he's used to imprison the souls of all the dead Unicorns in the Inlet of Sorrow. The rumor is that you can see their spirits playing in the waves at night...and that the Red Bull stands on the beach to keep them at bay. This idea, what Schmendrick is trying to pull off here, is both brilliant and extremely reckless and stupid. I digress."
"From there, the Dawn Guard moved on to Mistytomb Hamlet and wound up in an ambush with Imperial forces trying to take them prisoner. I have a feeling, though I'm not sure, that you're all being hunted now. I think these ambushes will begin to become the norm."
Atreyu stops here for a moment and lets everything he's just recapped sink in to the gathered heroes.
"Now, the matter of Lelith. That's the simplest problem we have. Stasolya, Jek, Shavaris; you three are to act like a panel of judges. Question her. Get to the root of the problem. Dig the truth from her, see if there is any other hidden information. If she's guilty...I've promised Delphinium she won't be executed. She will be imprisoned, though. The three of you, or the four of you, depending on what happens, we'll split up from there. I believe Krille said that the Elders have assets that may aid in your inquisition."
Krille, standing near the back of the room, a bit removed from Atreyu, ruffled his feathers and bobbed his head in affirmation.
"Second, we need to see what's happening with the Army of Eternia. There's no way they don't know about this, but I'm not sure what they know, if that makes sense. I think it's best to send Kerwyn...err...Prince Kerwyn, with Travin, Thea, and Dageron. Travin and Thea are the negotiators here. Kerwyn's the muscle behind it, throwing around his heritage, hopefully swaying his father to the cause. Dageron is the military experience. They have to understand they're next. We have less than two thousand Ivory Infantry left and scattered. Skyloft has ten thousand defenders but we can't really spare them for the battlefield if we're to keep Skyloft as our stronghold. And Hylia...goddesses help us...their army was massacred. Their army and even the Samurai are practically routed, and the survivors are going to be doing well to hold King's Landing."
"Make sure they know that." Gandalf said, taking a puff on his pipe and stowing it again. "There's bound to be some confusion and doubt over what you say. When you're asked, or judged, questioned, whatever, you tell them, and by them I'm hoping your audience is King Randor and Queen Marlena, you tell them you were sent by Mithrandir. Do you understand? You cannot forget that. Perhaps you should write it down. And make sure you spare no details."
"Here's where things start getting a little more complicated." Atreyu said. He moves figures around on the map. One group at Castle Eternia, one group at Skyloft. He places a third group and pushes them to the opposite side of Celestia. "Ganondorf...rather, Ganon, now...will be moving fast. We know he wants the Triforce of Courage, and it's readily available. Once he combines with the Red Bull, there's not doubt, in my mind, that he'll go for the Triforce of Courage. We'll talk more about the Red Bull in a moment. The Order of the Phoenix has informed us that Triforce of Courage is guarded by a Tarrasque, and all you have to do to wake it up is take the Triforce for yourself. Apparently this Tarrasque has been...changed...so we can assume that it's not just dangerous now, but extremely dangerous. Since it sounds like you can go right up to it and pick it up, I think our best option here is to move fast, and be prepared to drop that whole side of the island into the sea. That said, we'll move Delphinium, Rumble, Slade, Malenia, and our new friend, Godshell, to the east side of Celestia to recover the Triforce. You five will have to work this out amongst yourselves, but Delphinium, you're the fastest. I think you need to grab the Triforce and go. I don't know what the Tarrasque will do when it's freed, but you can bet it won't be good. You'll have to split up from there and send one group to North Watch, and one to South Watch. We'll support you from here, and see if we can contact the two watches ourselves. Krille has said the Skyloftians are willing to let us use their airborne assets, so we'll send you on Death Hawks. Once you're airborne, it's time for the Tarrasque to take a bath."
"I'll work on the message sending aspect of the mission." Gandalf said. "You just make sure that one you've got the Triforce, you're airborne. You don't want to go into the sea with that beast."
"That said, we're weeks from Atlantis, even in favorable conditions." Atreyu said, moving his next icon to the swirling whirlpool around the ruins of Atlantis, in the ocean off the north western coast of Eternia. "Gandalf and I discussed the Tarrasque at length, and we have...a distressing issue. It'll no doubt move straight toward Hagsgate and the Great Grass Sea, underneath of which is the Subhylian Sea, in the Great Cavern of Subternia. If it gets there, it'll free its mate, and there'll be two of them, and I'm sure that after two thousand trine of separation they'll get right down to a big feast and then making more Tarrasques. We have to free this Godzilla thing before that can happen. So, while one group is getting the Triforce of Courage, the other group should be figuring out the mysteries of Atlantis so we can teleport the Triforce there and get him moving to intercept the Tarrasque. When we...map this..."
Atreyu lays two long pieces of straw on the map. One points from the eastern side of Celestia, across the Gerudo Desert, toward Hagsgate...going right across Argos. The other shows a straight line from Atlantis to Argos.
"...Godzilla will catch the Tarrasque right around Argos. Gandalf and I will work on what to do about that. Even without Godzilla, the Tarrasque will no doubt stop there to feed, so Argos...Argos is in a bad position. I guess the silver lining is that they have a couple of weeks to evacuate. That'll be two major attacks within a month of each other. First Kygrax, now the Tarrasque."
"Oten, Tuto, Cinder, Kit-Tik, and Shirin; you will be teleported to Atlantis. Gandalf will explain that shortlly. Your job is to find a way in, figure out whatever you have to do with the Triforce to awaken Godzilla, then awaken it. I'm not sure what will happen when you have done this. I've never been to Atlantis and it sounds like neither has Gandalf. Once Godzilla is freed, we'll recall you here and redeploy you as appropriate. When we have the Triforce, it will be teleported to you."
Gandalf and Atreyu both pause here for a moment and stare at Argos, both of them clearly thinking about what was going to happen.
"Our last big plan." Gandalf says, taking over for Atreyu for a moment. He places a new pawn on Hagsgate. "It's been mentioned already, but for clarities sake, Ganon intends to merge with the Red Bull. We're going to stop that from happening. Someone has to kill the Red Bull before it becomes a part of Ganon. This also presents us an opportunity to get the Mare to safety, and possibly that bonehead Schmendrick the Blue too. Amitola, Kaede, Ereni, the Traveling Ward, Johnathan, and Nodjeim will go first. As reinforcements get freed up, we'll send them to you. The bull is powerful and dangerous, do you understand? Don't underestimate it, and certainly do no underestimate King Haggard. He's dangerous in and of himself, and his son, Prince Lir, is a master warrior. Be mindful, too. of the Army of Hagsgate; Haggard has a literal army of skeletons beneath the castle, in the hollows of the hill the castle sits upon. I have no doubt that if pressed, he'll use them. The Bull, though, that's your main concern. Kill it, but no matter what, allow no harm to come of the Unicorn. If we lose the Mare, we're finished."
Gandalf takes a breath and then lays more straw on the map, from the east side of Celestia a few locations on the map. Spook City. Aughra's Observatory. Winterhelm. And Dragonclaw Island.
"All of these locations are in danger of being struck by a tsunami from dropping half of Celestia in the sea. Rumble, I'm sorry. We'll send a message as soon as possible. Now, I do believe one of you, Jek Utinni I think, said something about Aughra knowing where the Shard of Division is. And with Aughra no doubt in her Observatory, we'll have to redirect someone to go get her before the tsunami hits. We'll play that by ear."
Gandalf steps back, and motions to a table full of healing potions.
"Take two each. You may need them. If you require further armament or have a request for quick skills or equipment, I need to know immediately. Does anyone have questions? Anything? This is your chance."
All of these potions are Potions of Greater Healing. They do a FLAT HEAL of 20 HP each. Take two.

Dageron listens, a cold and calculating look upon his face. "If I may. Aside from the specific strategic objectives, we have an ongoing tactical disadvantage in these conflicts. Actual military strength. You have identified numerous places, Argos, the scattered forces of the Ivory Tower, the settlements to be hit by the tsunami, King's Landing, etc., which if evacuated and consolidated to a place with sufficient food and water, would be the necessary well from which to draw new forces. We could literally use Skyloft, which would in turn bolster our defenses here. Also, abandoning those places creates fewer points we have to defend. Could we please also secure a ward that prevents teleportation within these halls? Something which misdirects inbound travelers to a control point within a kill box manned by powerful guardians? I also notice that every measure you propose is defensive, or at least reactionary. Are we only able to respond to our enemies? Have we no offensive options to play? I would suggest we have several. Firstly, why not get the Triforce of Courage then lure our enemies to the Tarrasques (plural) with it. Use the beasts to kill Ganon, for instance. It is a powerful thing to know where an enemy is going and what they truly seek. It is even more so if you know you will have an at least equally powerful tactical weapon to deploy against them. And, Ganon would almost certainly kill or seriously injure one, leaving only one for Godzilla. Secondly, if Vader is indeed using undersea tunnels to move his forces, which would take weeks and places a significant portion of his supply and logistics within those tunnels with no way to escape, why not flood them? Doing so would massively slow his progress, and could even break his offensive thrusts while simultaneously forcing him to reorganize his forces into a defensive posture. Undersea allies... or existing Dragon allies... could achieve this for us without requiring us to take from our limited number. Third, can this Godzilla be controlled? We have plans for it to kill for us, but what happens once it has? I have seen the AURYN amulets grant wishes, why not simply wish it to be allied, or intelligent, or suddenly right next to the Tarrasque guarding the Triforce of Courage, or Ganon? These plans are all very... simple... is all I'm saying. But I am happy to serve as you see fit."
Once Travin is back from his wandering, in time for the meeting and the division of the forces present, he quickly and conspiratorially hands out several scrolls and a set of goggles between certain members of the dawn guard. Waddling and twitching as he approaches the table, Travin happily takes two potions and turns to face Atreyu and Gandalf, he takes in the map, trying to commit as much of it to his failing memory as possible and whilst he does he speaks to the decision makers "if Atreyu and Gandalf wants success in the bull fight, hmmm? they wills consider sending Stephen Austin withs the troops yeh yeh! Travin has done what he can to assists that cause already hm hmph!, once Travin and his team have dones their duty with Eternia, Travin would like to request beings the one to go to the observatory, yeh yeh! Something tells Travin that he will finds use there... Hmmm" he goes quiet at this point and whispers to them both "take heeds of the storytellers yeh yeh! Travin gazed into the realm of the gods of gods, hmm there is ultimate truths in what Travin saw, none of this realm haves control, the story will progress yeh, it is our fateses to see it through, not our choice hmm." He then moves away from the planning table, without letting either of the decision makers retort to his rambling, his eyes darting to the corners of the room, watching for the things that only he sees, he looks slightly offended at the notion that his report was called 'nonsensical'.
"I am currently having some weapons made that will do well in the fight against the Red Bull. I do however ask if you have some amount of gunpowder or know where to procure it. I would like to arm the people here will some explosives of my own making. As well as some assistance in certain research endeavors whilst we are here. There are beings outside of this conflict who greatly influence it and I would like to make some countermeasures for the time I see them again if anyone has specific knowledge of psionic users. As well I do have some things our group does not need." Before grabbing some things, first going over to Stasolya and giving her a set of horseshoes. "These require no attunement and will give you a boost in speed should you need them." Then motioning to Shavaris "She has two sets of armor, one which is never tarnished and one which repels radiance. Our party has no use for them as they are the sort which requires a great deal of strength to carry." Then, Ward takes a great Longsword from his back and holds it in his hands. "As well as this, it is a Longsword named "The Concluder. It is one of 9 in its line, but to wield it you must be lawful and impartial in nature. Though we would love to use it, that doesn't exactly fit our branding now does it." Ward chuckles, looking toward Atreyu with a smirk. "If anyone in particular vies for these things please come talk to me and the Dawn Guard so that we may give it to you." Ward says, then looking towards the Dawn Guard "Before we take our leave I would like to talk between us." Then turning towards those he has been grouped with. "In the morning it seems we head to Hagsgate. Rest well, and well, keep any stray flames away from me. By the morning I believe I will be in possession of enough explosives to level a city block." Ward says, not waiting for an answer before he walks off.
The Harengon mercenary returns to the main hall with his companions, but he breaks away from them and approaches Lady Kaede (though he does not recognize her). He bows a deep and formal bow, careful not to make eye contact. In a language native to King's Landing, "Forgive me, Bushi Sama. I am Toteki Matamo, and I have been away from our people for many years. I am gladdened to see a countrymen amongst many strangers." He holds his bow, his eyes cast down, careful to observe decorum with a samurai.
Kit-Tik listens as Atreyu and Gandalf give out directions. There was so much for the thri-kreen to take in that he was thankful his race lacked facial expressions, else everyone could see the confusion on his face. When it came time for Kit-Tik to receive his directions, the thri-kreen was incredibly anxious. But when he learned that he was headed to Atlantis, excitement quickly replaced that feeling. Atlantis!?! So it truly exists? A place fabled to hold technologies long lost to the ruins of time. Oh, I can't wait to see what the Lost City holds!
Get in, figure out how things work, and make those things work. Though nothing was ever as easy as they seemed, Kit-Tik was glad to be placed on a mission that used his field of expertise. The thri-kreen happily took two potions of the table and placed them into his pack. Afterwards, Kit-Tik is pleasantly surprised as the one called Ward spoke of magic items his band had no use for. Ever since gaining increased intelligence, the thri-kreen had a fascination with magical items. His first endeavors into the area being his prosthetic limbs, Rhino and Silk.
When Ward took out the longsword, Kit-Tik couldn't take his eyes off it. It was a beautiful blade of superb make. Too excited to think, Kit-Tik called out to Ward which only resulted in a series of clicks coming from his mouth. Unless Ward understood thri-kreen, Kit-Tik realized the man likely had no clue what he was saying. So Kit-Tik relied on his telepathy once more, reaching into Ward's mind and asking, "This one's name is Kit-Tik, the thri-kreen waving before you. It seems you are willing to part with a few of your magic items. If it is alright, this one believes he is of the right nature to attune to such an item (Kit-Tik is lawful neutral). This one knows not what challenges may be waiting in Atlantis, but wielding such a masterpiece weapon would surely help make things easier."
Kaede." He nods at her, and then turns to the one standing beside her.
Ro Aleron (Ro the Red) -> Illithid, Wizard 8 (Chronugist) // AURYN

“I have the … “ *cough, cough, cough*. “I have the .. “ *cough, cough, hack* A few owl feathers come out of his mouth and float down to the ground.

Take two.
Requests for skills / items / equipment needs to be reasonable and addressed in your player channels. Please @ me there.
Boulder Chilled Stephen Austin is not part of these teams. If anyone wants him, you'll have to request him.
DM of AURYN: The Measure of Devotion - Escape from New York
