Ghathi can provide whatever physical assistance is needed. He can hammer things, but his knowledge of masonry probably isn't that helpful for rebuilding a cart.
After resting by the fire Sarya gets up and checks on the repairations being made. "Are we ready to return to Goodmead?" "I figured out the purpose of the pearl by the way. It can help me recover my magical strength to some extent. I'll be happy to hang on to it for the time being." (Pearl of power)
After following Darby's instructions you manage to repair the wheelcart, gather your loot and exit the cave with Dwalt leading the party.
As you move out some of you find yourselves counting new gold and silver coins, making sure that your wintergear is properly adjusted...at some point you'll move your head up and face the way back to Goodmead, but as you do that (each one at their own time)
.... a verbeeg strides through the snow, approaching the mouth of the cave. Her misshapen face bears a too-wide smile. She clutches a spear in one hand while using her other arm to cradle a wicker basket filled with bits of shiny metal. "Duhg?" she shouts in Common. "You home?"

Sarya moves her hand quickly, uttering a few arcane words and suddenly a 15' high fire elemental appears in front of the verbeeg (Silent Image) soon accompanied by it's roar (Minor Illusion) "Dugh is dead, burned to crisp, run little verbeeg unless you want to share his fate." It roars at the verbeeg. Intimidation/Deception: 18 another roll if advantage due to illusions: 24
Tysris pipes up, speaking in Giant, “Yeth, Duhg is a thtain on the floor at thith point. Why dontcha turn back around, I don’t think you want to join him where he ith right now.” He finishes with a loud belch.

The Verbeeg does truly believe the Illusion's message - the illusion wasn't big enough to threaten the Verbeeg but the message did hurt her enough to drop what she was carrying on the spot and have her running towards the entrance screaming "Dugh! my love!" "burnt to a crisp?!" "What about friend and bear!? wheren't they with you!?" she tramples through the group concerned about her lover as she shed big drops of tears.
Please help me with a Dex Saving throw - DC 10 on a failed roll you'll receive 10 I'll need at least one roll with disadvantage (from the character pushing the cart with the mead)
OR!
Instead of rolling the Dex Saving throw - You may try something else but it'll be up to you to decide what your character can do to either save yourself, someone else or plainly stop the verbeeg.
everyone will have a whole action and its OK to assume that the next character may follow up your plan with a brief suggestion (maybe)... it's OK if only one of you try something the rest can simply roll the the saving throw.
I guess one very bad example will be to place yourself in front of the verbeeg and attempt to shove her back or to one side. Or even raise your foot trying to make her trip using her momentum in your advantage....For both examples I would ask an athletics check and if succesful you'll have her miss the rest of the group. If the Verbeeg falls prone she'll get up and continue running towards the cave thanks to the succesful deception roll made by Sarya. So don't worry about having her paying attention to your group...unless you try another deception, persuasion, etc. type of thing.
Deciding to move away will pretty much be considered the saving throw so just roll for that.

Tysris stops helping with the cart and when he sees the Verbeeg running at them / through them to get to the cave, he moves forward and as he moves by, he sticks out his foot in an attempt to trip them. “Slow down you big oaf!”

Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Sarya makes a new gesture and utters a few arcane words, creating a 15' wide and 15' high wall of fire, blocking off the verbeegs approach towards the team. (Silent image again)

The Verbeeg rush seems imminent at this point Dwalt leaps to the side and Darby tries to do the same but the snowy terrain made him trip and fall next to where he was. Tysris quickly placed himself in front of Darby and calculated the best location to use the small giants momentum against her, however, as that was happening, Sarya's uttered some words and now the elemental's roar was followed up by a huge wall of fire, the verbeeg stoped right then and there with her eyes rolling all the way back of her head, she fainted and as she fell on her back the ground shook.
Sarya's hand started to feel warmer and she heard a voice in her head:
"Quickly, before it comes around!" Sarya says as she sees the verbeeg drop to the ground, hurrying over and starting to incinerate it to put it out of its misery, roaring flames shooting out from her fingertips. Burning Hands: 10

Pleased with your obedience you can feel how the ancient being captured in your ring power erupted from it and increased the power of the flames:
We will put an end to this winter. These creatures forgot the power of the flames and you will make them remember!
The verbeeg though big as the one slained inside the cave, wasn't as strong and her body quickly became engulfed by flames. But before she passed away you caught her softly speaking the name of "Dugh" one last time.
Her basket managed to stay away from the fire back where she dropped it before she started rushing towards the lair.
((Sarya will get inspiration for following her patron's command - even without knowing if the verbeeg would recover from the shock and initiate a combat...or retaliate in any other way ))
Grim can help if needed, he's got the tools, but only average intelligence.

Once the party is set to go Dwalt will take point.
