Koric starts moving northwest as flames gather around both his hands, threatening to explode. He somehow manges to compress the energy into a tiny point which then launches toward the area in front of the middle bridge. At the tiny mote reaches its destination it bursts into a massive ball of flame.
DC 17 Dex save or take 26 fire damage Movement so he is withing 150' of a point just south of the bridge that takes in Vyldara, 5 and 7 within a 20' radius.

The ghast is highly singed, looking nearly dead, and while the ghoul dodges out of the way, it still takes heavy damage.
Vlydara looks initially to be hit by the full force of the fireball, but taps into the necromantic energy that fuels her undeath (Legendary Resistance) to dodge out of the way. She takes the damage halved by saving and halved again by resistance
The statue is then up. Quick note here, the statue has been taking the same damage as Jade due to Warding Bond (although still halved by the resistance to all damage Jade recieved from the spell). I'll be more specific about that in the future
The statue runs up to Jade and swings at the ghast attacking her and bashes it with its sheild Attack: 22 Damage: 13 Attack: 13 Damage: 10 If the ghast is still alive, it also makes a DC 15 con save (15), and is stunned until the end of its next turn if it fails
The ghast takes heavy damage, but manages to survive and avoid being stunned by the massive force of the statue's shield . Jade is up (w/ the earlier con save and concentration rolls)
Elandra takes a whack as the three magical projectiles hit her. Seeing the battle moving steadily towards the walls of Axeholme, and the moat surrounding it, she darts forwards, directly north. She commands the elk forwards, now focussing on the banshee herself, and trying to impede her retreat. "Close her down! I can hinder her if we can stop her retreat." So saying, Elandra draws the final ball of fuzz from her bag and tosses it as far forward as she can.
Action: Gray Bag of Tricks ball thrown 20ft forwards - 1 = Weasel BA: Command elk to dash to the Banshee and herd her back. (With all the diagonal I make it ~75ft movement to have the Elk stand in the nice squares directly below the former bridge, and next to Vyldara hopefully with an attack of opportunity available if she moves. Movement: 25ft north, 5ft nw
Panther will act on own judgement trying to follow previous commands. Bardic Inspiration still available to Jade, Rocky, and Lux.

When ghast 4 comes at Jade, she uses her reaction for an AoO with her polearm

Jade then uses her bonus action to misty step and her distance to get within 10' of Vyldara. (It looks to me that she will still be within 60' of the statue, let me know if I'm wrong and I might want to rethink this)
Now, finally being within attack range of this creature, she unleashes her blood spear and thrusts it forward with all the might Tempus can bring her.

With each attack that hits, she unleashes her Divine Smite:

Due to the statue being right next to you, you can't get directly under Vlydara, but I've moved you as close to under her as possible while still moving north
You go to cast Hold Person, but Vlydara shrugs it off entirely, her ethereal form unable to be paralyzed
Liri will shout out "My spell failed! The catacomb entrances are protected against projectiles by magic!" She will then wild shape into a dire wolf and move 50ft to the north. She will also move the flaming sphere 30ft northwards, being careful to avoid her allies.
You assume your new shape, rushing at the catacombs as fast as possible. Since your size changes to large, you would have to move through Lux's space or the Elk's space, which counts as difficult terrain, so I had you go diagonally around Lux instead.
