@CameronTheMistical when were you thinking of starting this up? Really looking forward to finally running this + using the artificer class for the first time!
I'm going to wait until tonight to close it for anyone who hasn't said they want to join. Then I'll wait for some people to finish up their characters, and I'll get started as soon as possible.

I hope there's still a seat for me! Here's my place holder!
Ability scores: 151517131710
**Name:** Amelia Moonshine **Race:** Wood Elf **Background:** Acolyte **Class/Subclass:** Cleric (Light Domain) **Backstory:** Amelia is a traveling Cleric of Corellon, dedicated to hunting down monsters and protecting the elves of the High Forest. During one of her meditations, she was struck by a vision: countless elven souls trapped in a cursed, forbidden realm, tormented and unable to reincarnate into their next life. Deeply moved by the suffering she witnessed, Amelia knew that it was her sacred duty to venture into the heart of this darkness. Driven by her faith and devotion, she vowed to free these lost souls and restore balance to the great cycle of life and death.
I'm gonna cut it off here. If you're working on a character, keep going. Otherwise, we're closed. Thank you to everyone for showing interest, it means a lot.

Are we just doing starting gear or should we go gold or how do you want us to handle that? I'm just about done with my character, just need that for the finishing touches.

Either one, whichever is easier for you.

Neat! Definitely interested in this. Won't have time to fully develop a character until later tonight though.
Let's see how the dice gods are gonna treat me...
Ability scores: 11171210916
Any problem with me ditching these rolls for point buy? While the 17 and 16 are nice, I personally prefer a more balanced character. After Half-Elf Adjustment stats would be 10, 14, 14, 10, 12, 17.

Cool. Thanks. Might shift the numbers around a bit more, but will certainly be point buy.
Whew, I finally have Kessintra finalized! I changed her around quite a bit so you might want to look at her again. I'm indecisive and kept getting new ideas -.-;;
Class (Subclass): Bard 2 (Eventually College of Whispers) / Warlock 1 (Hexblade)
Background: Urban Bounty Hunter
Ability Scores: 10 14 14 10 12 17
Backstory: Savras started out his adult life aspiring to be an entertainer near Shadowdale, intent on traveling the Realms making a bit of coin and merriment for the rest of his days. One evening on his way in between taverns fate had other ideas. It was cool night with a light fog throughout the town. Savras thought nothing of it when he entered the heavier patch of fog, heading towards the Old Skull Inn, but much to his surprise when he exited the thick patch of fog he found himself in unfamiliar environs. Turning back he found the fog he just entered to be made of a vile, toxic, choking substance and had to turn back to the unfamiliar town. For reasons he still doesn't understand to this day, he found himself in The village of Barovia. Seeing only cold indifference and desperation around him, he sought any respite he could find, that is what led him to the Blood of the Vine.
While he could ply his chosen trade occasionally at the Blood of the Vine, those opportunities were not plentiful enough to survive. Hearing stories of those who chose to oppose the evil that purveyed the land, Savras chose to start working with those folk, hunting down creatures and men of ill-intent, but the lands of Barovia can not let such things stand. One night whle on one of his hunts, Savras found himself caught between certain death or possibly worse, something called out from the shadows offering Savras a way out...for a price. Rather than die right then and there, Savras agreed to the deal with the shadowy entity, pledging his service in exchange for the power to escape his plight.
Ok, here's my character: https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/135082711 - Fairy Warlock 3 - The Celestial - PotT - Far Traveler. Let me know if I need to change any of that. It looked like we were pretty good on the melee side.

Sorry, looks like I shouldn't have commented on that one. Those were not the ones it showed previously. Not sure what I did wrong there.
Yeah editing a post with rolls on it makes the dice roller wonky.
Let's get some rolling in...

Same. Or at least find out if I made it in. Obviously though, take however long you need.
