Wendell will go and sit outside with Silvosh. (I assume that by level 7 he could get a 100gp pearl? If so the spoiler applies, if not, he just sits there enjoying the view and resting his legs)
Wendell takes his pearl out and ritually casts identify on this magical fruit segment he kept spare, seeing if he can learn anymore about its properties.
Abishai enters the tavern, the rest of the party choosing to stay outdoors. It's a cosy, low-ceilinged place, lanterns hung by the rafters, and with the bar connected to the back wall and extending out into the floorspace to create a u-shape on which the crammed tables are scattered. He then immediately gets to work with some entertainment, approaching the dwarf barkeep and offering his services, and although they aren't thoroughly convinced by Abishai's request at first, by the time the gold coin has been slid over and he has started playing, his attitude is certainly affirmed. The crowds seem very happy to have such an excellent minstrel amongst their midst, clapping and cheering along, and Abishai easily makes back the gold piece he offered the barkeep in copper and silver coins from the crowd. The barmaids catering to the tables also seem delighted to hear such lovely music, though don't get much time to savour it as most of the groups in the tavern order another round of drinks to keep the high spirits up.
Once he has finished, Abishai slings his lute over his back and seats himself at the bar. The barkeep speaks to him with a grin, stroking his long, brown beard and telling him 'I'll gladly let your party have a drink and some food on us for the evening, since you've brought on a whole wave of sales, and though we've only got one room, it's rather spacious, so I'll happily allow you to rest in there for the night, though just at a discounted rate. If you come back and continue to play to that standard, we'd gladly offer you bed and board again, or I could discuss with the tavern owner and we could even consider employing you!' He chuckles as if that's something to laugh about, despite sounding mundane, then strokes his beard back down and says 'Once you've finished eating and drinking, bring your party in and I can show you to the room, and lay out some of the rules for the stay, if that is fine with you.'
Meanwhile, outside, whilst Abishai sorts the party's accommodation, Wendell checks the piece of Primal Fruit he kept a hold of. He confirms with his indentification that the fruit will remain potent for a week before loosing it's magic but remaining edible, though it retains it's magical qualities if cooked or squeezed into a juice. He then learns that this particular piece of fruit will provide the consumer with enough magical sustenance to allow them not to eat, sleep or drink for 4 whole days, and they will become immune to being put to sleep by magic. This divined description seems very similar to the effect that Abathax gained, although there is no mention of the waking dreams that he is suffering from.
[Pre-rolled the fruit for you in log to make the description easier: got a 7 on the d8 for effect and a 4 on the d4 to see how long the effect lasts]

Abishai has a blast performing for the strangers and relishes in their joy at his merrymaking. The tips are an added bonus and he's glad to recoup the gold coin given to the barkeep.
"That is very kind, good sir! I'm Abishai; what's your name? I'll tell my friends the good news. Please have the food and drink brought outside where my friends await. A tempting offer, master Dwarf, but my travels prevent me from putting in roots too deep anywhere. Besides, the open road is where the best stories are created. Though I can be persuaded to perform again before my time here is done, I'm sure." Abishai accepts his ale from the barkeep and, before heading back outside, asks, "Heard any good rumors about the Balowang lately? Where one might go to find it?" After the dwarf answers, Abishai heads back to the group.
Savoring the ale, Abishai takes his place with his cohorts and tells them the good news: "Well, I secured us some food and drink for the night and a discount on one room—the only available room. The Dwarven barkeep says it's spacious. He mentioned some ground rules to go over after we eat and drink, so we should head inside when we're done here."
As the food and drink are delivered to the group outside, Abishai orders another ale and continues to drink, glad to be back in his element.
The dwarf gives a gruff smile, and says 'Calwit Copperplate, at your service', offering a firm yet clammy handshake. He seems slightly downcast to hear you'll be relocating, but soon shrugs it off and has the barmaid bring out 6 pints of ale for you each, and a tray holding 6 meat and vegetable pies, the inn's specialty. He also chuckles when Abishai asks about the Balowang, saying 'I hear stories about it every hour of every day. To list them all would be a folly. And besides, you don't just go about finding the Balowang; it finds you.' He gives a hearty laugh, although what he said didn't seem particularly funny, and goes back to tending the bar, telling you to come in and find him when you're ready for your room.
Ssha welcomes the pie and ale, sitting with the others. “Information gathering and then a best guess first shot at it tomorrow?”
he listens to each’s thoughts carefully, used to having tacticians for friends, though at times his own rage and sense of duty got in the way of proper choice making…
Aralia sits at the edge of the group, her glowing crimson eyes scanning the surroundings with a mix of caution and mild amusement as Abishai recounts his interaction with the dwarf barkeep. She takes one of the pints from the tray and gives it a small swirl before taking a sip, savoring the taste.
“Well done, Abishai,” she says, impressed with his success, “A single room isn’t ideal, but we’ll make it work.”
Aralia nods at Ssha’s suggestion as she takes a piece of the pie and another gulp of her ale. "Sounds like a plan."

Silvosh moves a seat aside and stands at the table, being careful that she''s not in the way of other customers. "Mmm. Good pies. Things like this make it worth visiting a town occasionally, As for sharing the room, probably best if I pass on that. I take up quite a bit of space, and normal beds don't fit my kind. I can check to see if there is a spot in the stable available, if not I'll just camp just outside of town."
”so…. The real question issss… do any of you ssssnore?” He looks about, deciding based on the answers.
Abishai laughs at Ssha's question and responds telepathically, 'I bet the mean looking Tiefling, Abathax snores.' Unaware Abathax can't actually sleep even if he wanted to.
Abishai finishes his ale and pie and gets up to head back inside to speak with the barkeep, Calwit. "Thanks for the food and drink Calwit! I believe we're ready for that room you mentioned."
You finish up your small meal and drinks, then go back inside. The pinkish hints of twilight are beginning to peak over the hills, signalling the end of the workday, and with it comes a flow of evening customers. Calwit hustles you past the crowds that are gathered about the bar and brings you around into the backrooms, a small, cramped and poorly furnished room with a door to the west, and another door to the north, which leads to a room behind the bar. He gruffly points to the door to the west and tells you 'That there is the landlord's room. He's technically also the innkeeper, but lets us bartends deal with all the face-to-face business, so he just lives in there and deals with the finances of the place. I recommend you don't disturb him, unless there's a serious issue in the night. However, you don't need to worry about being overly loud - he won't hear.' He gives yet another laugh, despite none of you being able to find any humour in his words.
He then leads you through the northern door which takes you into the bedroom. There are four beds, a rug, nightstands for each bed with a candle upon them, and a curtains hung on either side of the room on the west and east walls, though neither of them are drawn. With a grumble Calwit tells you 'You can draw the curtains across the room if you want to divide the place, and my apologies for the lack of beds, though but there is a small stable around back for the more...', he looks to Ssha and Silvosh and struggles to find an inoffensive term for your physiology, eventually settling on '...unhumanoid of you. You pay before you stay, so you can leave whenever you wish, no need to check out, just make sure the covers are drawn straight on the beds before you go.' He then pats down his pockets and brings out a small pouch, addressing Abishai as he says 'It's usually 2 GP a bed per night, but for your performance I'll knock it down to just the one, meaning 4 GP in total. The stables are free.'
[I made a map to make things easier for you to visualise the place; the innkeeper's room is obscured, black boxes are doors, the red dot is the party, and everything else should be fairly self explanatory]
Ssha whispers to the group after he leaves… “one of you ssssssneaky? feel like sssssomeone ssssshould check out the ownerssssss room… the barkeepsssss laugh is….
