Olwen moves out and says a healing word that wakes Henry up, healing for 5.
She mocks Idomin. "You're about to get schooled, little fish." Damage: 2
Drawing her dagger, she moves to L6.

Henry sits back, noticing the situation he’s in. Mule! Retreat! Mule starts to move away as he disengages, and Henry takes the opportunity to stab twice with his 2 lances after he picks them up, at Njal.
Attack: 7 Damage: 13
Attack: 25 Damage: 10
Mule ends after running behind the enemy at 4-5 K-L
(So to be clear Henry was unconscious, and being strapped onto Mule's back he doesn't fall off, but he drops both his lances and picked them up before attacking and then riding off? - This seems like a lot, wouldn't the picking up the lances be nearly impossible strapped to the back of an animal (it's actually a regular horse, right?)anyway. If this has been discussed before in a different fight then whatever LST says goes but I'd rather it be clarified.)
(No. I had a ruling, but I was saving it for if that actually happened. Henry, you can either pick up both lances or pick up one and get on your horse.)

(Does it? Ah, poop. Either way, my above point still stands. If the past ruling is still viable ( I can pick up both lances due to Dual Wielder), then why can’t I get them, stand up, and re-mount? It just takes 15ft of movement, which I should have.)
(Your whole build is already kind of unbalanced, since it’s exploiting the fact that lances aren’t heavy.)
(Basically, you could be strapped into the saddle and drop your lances, making them harder to pick up. Or, you fall out of the saddle and have to spend your movement to find your lances and stand up.)

(Saying "your build is too good, therefore nerf" seems rather unfair.
However, I agree with the ruling because Dual Weilder only allows to draw or stow two weapons, not pick them up.)

(I know, i just feel cheated because I wasn’t told that the DM’s ruling would change mid-fight. Last fight, he said picking them up is basically the same thing as drawing them, so I could do so. Therefore, I had no fear in charging in, because I knew that with my bard, I could just get back up. But, I fall unconscious and the rule is changed just like that? I wouldn’t have just charged in then, I would’ve charged in and moved out, as my AC is lowered, I lose some combat effectively, and other crap.)

(Trying to hinder a player because they understand the nature of the game is a slippery slope. If the lances are light he should be able to dual wield them and retrieve both lances because that is RAW. We are building character's for PVP not RP. We are not trying to tell a dope story around a table, we are trying to beat each other up. With that in mind all of us are trying to create some form of "inbalance" in our favor. Magic RAW is completely unbalanced for PVP. I am playing a monk in this thread because everything seems heavily balanced against them and I wanted a challenge. Bobo has a feat and feats are universally OP. His character is legal and him standing up, interacting with both of his weapons, and getting back on his horse may be alot but so is controlling the fabric of reality.)

(Why can’t I get both lances and use my 15ft of movement to re-mount? I thought Dual Wielder let me pick up both of my lances?)
(and to avoid falling prone shouldnt I get a Dc10 dex save to stay mounted? If so, 1. Is also have advantage, if I need it, due to my saddle.)

(All weapons that deal 1d10 damage or more are ineligible for Dual Wielded. There’s no reason that Lances should be an exception, although it is RAW.)
