Otrov as you get closer you get a good look at the gatehouse. The gatehouse is 20 feet high, and its outer doors have been smashed to flinders. A rusty iron portcullis blocks the south exit, but is bypassed by a rubble-filled hole in the southwest corner of the gatehouse. The ropes to raise the portcullis have been cut, but maybe one of the stronger people can lift it?

You follow the path to the gate house, and you are fairly certain that the guard didn’t notice you so far.
If she sees no other option into the gatehouse or structure, she'll continue by looking into the hole filled with rubble to see if she might enter that way. She'll also take a couple smaller rocks and secure them in her pouch. She's watching for other people and traps along the way.
You can get through the gatehouse by climbing through the hole in the wall. Alternatively (but not limited to) you could also walk around the complex to look for another entrance or try to climb the walls.
Roll me another stealth check with advantage please.
You start to walk clockwise around the tower to look for any other entrances. The eastern wall has two holes in it where you could climb over the rubble into the inner yard. But the further you go, the worse the wall becomes. The southern wall has a huge gap and the western one is basically none existent. Unlike the outer walls, the main shrine building, wich is designed as a cross, with two thick sides and two smaler ones, is still in decent shape and you can still see a bell hanging in the belfry. You also see (and smell) several orcs and ogres walking around the grassy area of the inner yard. One of the ogres is wearing a bloody dirtied bandage where his left arm should be. After 10 minutes, you carefully finish your round and you are back to the nortside of the other wall.

You climb through one of the holes in the east wall. You see three ogres to your left, one of them is missing an arm, as well as several orcs. You would estimate more then 10 but less then 20 orcs. You also see the watchtower in the north eastern corner, but you would need to get closer to see the guards or look for a way to get up there.
Margret looks around and quietly says "I hope Otrov is ok." She blows some of the dried grass out of her face wondering how long it'll take to get rid of such.
How much time does Otrov estimate is left on the invisibility at this point? And is she is a place where, if she was not invisible, she'd be easily seen?
Okay, so Otrov will pad carefully around the camp taking note of numbers and equipment. Is there an entrance to the shrine itself? Or an entrance to the guard tower?
At the end of that, if no options are available to her, she'll try to scale the guard tower with the orc on top...
If Biggz is close enough to hear Margret, then he would chuckle and say, "I'm sure she's fine. So long as she don't try to talk them up or start shooting the shit with them, she aughta be fine." He assures her. "Ain't like we wouldn't have heard anything if she got caught. Orcs aren't the quietest of bunch in my experience. Just big and strong and surprisingly fast with the right encouragement." He added, keeping quiet throughout the conversation.

Otrov, you sneak around the inner yard of the shrine and try to get a few glimpses into the inside of the main building. Most of the main building is hidden behind walls and doors but you see two bodies wrapped in fabric in the eastern room of the shrine. You also see signs of a struggle Maybe a day or two ago , big areas of earth turned, claw marks and areas of dead grass. It looks like there was some kind of fight and some orcs lost their life. It also look as if whatever attacked left. You count 12 orcs including the one in the tower and 3 ogres. The watch tower has an open arch that leads inside and you see a lather leading up to the tower.
Otrov looks around for a water source or a cooking fire - or any place food is being served - with the intention of loading her poison into it. She notices the rends in the earth and dead grass - hmmm, maybe dragon? she thinks. Afterwards, she'll attempt to climb the watch-tower, with murderous intentions.....Viper!
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
You don’t see a central cooking place or anything like it. Climbing the lather is no problem.
There is still a single guard on the top. Right now he is watching 4 east. From up close you notice that he watches the sky more intensly then the ground. His back faces away from you.

You went up to the shrine, circled it once and then climbed through the wall on the east side. 10 mins, 15 tops so 45 min left.
