"Doesn't seem our business." Rubin says from the doorway. "What do we care about something dangerous being down here? We just care about finding the prisoners. Ask the man about the deligation..." He turns back to keeping watch.
Tyde gives his head a shake and wipes his hand over his face. "Rubin is right of course. Our first priority should be to find those innocent delegates. I think I just got caught up in the moment."

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
Kethra nods. "While that is our priority, we do have to keep in mind that every time we met one of these guys....well, they always try to attack anyone, no questions asked! That's pretty dangerous...and Mr. Tyde, now that I'm seeing it up close I have been very grateful for the spells you have been casting to protect us from these swords along the way."
Kethra will hand one of the longswords to Xanranzan and explain its property to him.
Walking over to Rubin, Kethra taps him on the shoulder. "Hey, since you're invested in this conversation, I'll switch with you and keep watch for a bit. Besides, now that Jairus split off from us we need a new guy to step up and check these bodies for change or any hidden treasures. And remember to use code names!"

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Xanranzan thanks Kethra in a curt nod but appeared half-distracted by Tyde and Rubin's words, and ruminating over them. "I don't quite remember or know 'bout this whole code name business." He admits, chiming in after clearing the first mental hurdle. "But I did ask just a moment ago... Kind of... eh, aight, I'll be -more- specific." He looks back to the Reaver, and kind of motions with his head over to Rubin. If the man doesn't catch on to the meaning quick, he'll roll his eyes and say, "Know anything SPECIFICALLY about these deligates and where they're kept at least? Or are you ganna tell me next that yer basically just a guard on site, and was assigned to a very specific section?" He asked bluntly.
"Er . . .delegates? If yer talkin' about some sort o' prisoner, the only two we had 'ere that I know of was, well . . ." he gulps "you two fine gentlemen. Er, sorry about that. Orders, ye know."

"Maybe the delegates are back in the Keep somewhere, we left it more than half unexplored."
Tyde will look at Xanranzan and say, "We choose the codenames before we met you. If you want to join us in exploring more quests perhaps it's about time you had your own codenames."
"What do you all think?"

Walking over to Rubin, Kethra taps him on the shoulder. "Hey, since you're invested in this conversation, I'll switch with you and keep watch for a bit."
Kethra spoke but kept herself facing Rubin, then narrows her eyes at disapproval from being snubbed. After a long pause, she smiles, and if Rubin follows her line of sight it seems that she was entertaining the thought of pulling his hood over his eyes, only to turn around and walk away. On her way to joining the rest of the party, she searches the dead bodies (and the tied up reaver) for any loot.
"Yes, that's a good idea Kethra. All of us should get ready for just about anything. Double check your gear. Whichever way we go we should be alert and ready."
Tyde will uncork his waterskin and raise it up to his mouth with both hands and take some big gulps of water, letting a few drops escape and run down his beard.
After putting away his waterskin. "I feel good enough to continue, unless anyone needs a few more minutes."

"Yea, naw, I get it. Don't mean ya weren't in the wrong still, but I get it." Xanran replied to the reaver before being drawn back to Tyde. He furrowed his brows and trubbed his chin, not really having an immediate answer to the man. Rescuing the delegates were one thing, but I still had personal business to attend to at some point. He's mercifully rescued from having to answer in the end when the conversation appears to be moving towards elsewhere.
"Well, I... shucks, I do have one more question fer this one, I s'pose. But after that, I'm good." He turns to the Reaver again. "I know this is probably a long shot fer ya. But, do ya least know anything 'bout some folk running around with stone armor? And where we might find'em, if ya do?" On that note, once Xan had his answers there, he thanks the man with a few pats to the shoulder, and then backs off saying, "A promise is a promise." He then looks to Sorak expectantly.

(And while waiting to resolve what kind of loot Kethra finds, how long would it take her to adjust the scale mail from Xanranzan's size to make it fit for herself?)

"Er, stone armor . . .ah right, the earth cult. I heard somethin' about a monastery or some such, dunno more than that."
"The earth cult? YOU MEAN THERE'S EVEN MORE CULTS?!"
Still in the middle of adjusting the scale mail that Xanranzan was just wearing, the white haired girl clumsily scrambles over to the interrogation.
"Hey Mr. 'I-don't-know-anything' you better speak up. We noticed you cult types like to put symbols on your skulls and your stuff...is each symbol a different cult altogether?"
Rubin frowns at Kethra, but just shrugs. He has no reason to go into the chamber, he is better off out here, in the darkness, and the fact she even thought she could see him, as he is invisible, is rather amusing to him.
"We should get a move on..." Rubin calls from outside the chamber. "I'd suggest finishing up any questions and let's head back up to the keep. That seems the most likely place to look next."
"I dunno. Probably? There ain't much communication between the cults, some of 'em don't like each other much."
He blinks again.
"Hang on . . .you didn't even know how many o' us there were? Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there's four cults. You know, the four elements. Fire, water, earth, air. Don't ask me which symbol's which, I only know the Crushing Wave symbol."

"Show us what that looks like. We may have come across it, and we may come across it yet again."
Turning to the others, "If we can learn some of their symbols it may prove useful."
"Just knowing the cults don't get along could prove useful."

A pensive Xanranzan eventually shuddered as the idea of their being more cults truly began to sink in. Then he frowned and muttered to himself, "Wait cults? Then... maybe she ain't connected?" A few seconds later he shook his head before looking to the others. "Much 'preciated, culty-kidnapper-guy. Unless there's somethin' ya like to volunteer for the class, or any of the rest of ya have more for him, I'm with Rubin at this point. Granted... well... eh, let's just hit the road sooner than later."

If everyone is ready we get to the boats and depart back to the Keep.
"This time let's take the big boat and tie the smaller at the rear."
Tyde jumps aboard the larger of the boats and begins getting it ready to go (untying the lines and such).

(Not too long. Genasi tend to be around human size.)
Kethra, you find 15 gold pieces and the usual reaver gear.
The reaver responds to Xan.
