Legacy versions and new are displayed side by side, the new versions allow you to select 6 spells at all times rather than scaling with proficiency. 2014 versions no longer allow you to select more than 2 spells
2024 PHB, Here is the few mistakes I found in Beyond:
All the spells were left in their legacy form for the Artificer. Please Update the Artificer's Spell List to the updated 2024 version of the spells. Makes the Artificer in DND Beyond a pain to run in a table using the updated ruleset.
There is a need for a fix for the Warlock's new pact of the blade, to reflect the Warlock's Charisma Score.
The fighting style feats granted to the martial classes in the class features tab doesn't open a drop down and the feat needs to be added mannually, please fix that.
Are there any plans to add Warlock Invocations from the expanded rules (XGtE, TCoE) to the 2024 Warlock?
I had thought that was a given. Copy > Paste.
But apparently not. I can't figure out what is supposed to be backwards compatible if 2/3rds of what was the previous edition of the game isn't carried forward (even the good bits!)
Been playing around with converting a feew Monk characters to the new rules, i have noticed some potential unexpected interactions;
Monk character sheets currently continue to show the auto calculations for Strength based Unarmed Strike options in the Actions section of the sheet, this is being done for the damage calculation, grapple save DC calculation and shove save DC calculation. There is no way to customise the related action. I will note that the separate shortform version at the top of this section calculates the To Hit and damage dice correctly for the Unarmed Strike alongside any weapons you may have equipped.
The Elemental Attunement feature for Monk / Warrior of Elements subclass just shows as a description in character creation, the option to 'Activate' it's associated ability is hidden under the Features & Traits tab meaning if you have to swap back and forth everytime you spend a Focus Point at the beginning of combat to ensure you are seeing the correct calculations.
Once this is done, your Unarmed Strike will show with the appropriate range but down in the Special Actions section it has a separate calculation for a strike with a 20ft reach and a To Hit that only shows your Dex modifier.
Trident has the topple mstery but is still only available as a 1d6/1d8 weapon, for some reason. It's not even a cast of a "legacy" trident and a "new" trident, there's just one trident and it's got the old damage die.
Also, Sorcerer number of spells known is still the 2014 ammount, it seems. At level 18 i get 15 spells, sourcebook says that number should be 20
My Warlock is not being given access to the subclass spells that should always be prepared for it. GOO Character at level 5 has Clairvoyance and Hunger of Hadar always prepared, but the Detect Thoughts, Dissonant Whispers, Phantasmal Force, and Tasha's Hideous Laughter granted at level 3 are not present on the character sheet.
Are there any timelines on fixing some of the very fundamental problems (for example a large set of warlock stuff just does not work)? Is there any place where the fixes are being tracked so we can set our expectations on when this book is usuable?
Making a Homebrewed feat with specific class prerequisites currently does not function with the new 2024 versions of the classes. Selecting for instance Rogue as a prerequisite option only unlocks the feat for the 2014 rogue. Trying to use Class features as a perquisite instead gets around the issue for some of the classes but does not work for others (Rogue and Barbarian being two of them).
The multiclass Spellslot progression, for the PHB24 Paladin and Ranger is still implemented als rounded down not up. Pls glance at the Artificer to fix that.
The Warlock subclass spell lists adds the spells as "atwill". Look how you done it on classes like the Druid und do it the same.
The Spellsniper and Warcaster can't be selected. The Prerequisites of these spell are to loaded and not queried as IF Else. Solution is simple. Do a custom Sting that just checks if the player selection has either of the selection that give you the Spellcasting/Pactmagic feature. Or just copy the custom prerequisite of "If you know at least one spell." and rewrite it as "Has the Spellcasting/Pactmagic feature." and call it a day. The momentary Feat creation Feature does not support what you have done or atleast i am not aware of a way.
The Epic Boon of fortitude does not add up to your max HP. It is more or less like the Tough feat or the Dwarf subfeature, only it does not scale and has a fixed value. Should be a fast edid.
The Ranger fighting style selection with the other feature. I don't know how do do that clean should be possible, but if you do it like the Tasha's Version and add it to the list of selectable fighting style options for the Ranger. That should work. I have not checked the Paladin to confirm if the Problem is also there. If not doe the Ranger like the Knight or my suggestion for a Solution would be the same.
Else you did a really good job and I am happy to use your Product.
When you have the Beast of the Sky option selected from the Primal Companion drop down on Beast Master character sheets, the page lags considerably. Approximately ten seconds or so when everything is seamless without Beast of the Sky selected.
It lags during any update to the sheet (health, feats, etc.), and whenever you move over to the Actions tab or Features and Traits tab. I think it has to do with the Primal Companion stat block being on these pages.
Bug: legacy spells and homebrew spells do not appear as spell options when attempting to add to the wizards spellbook (both toggled/enabled, this affects both spell selection on character builder and spell dropdown on character sheet).
2024 PHB,
Ritual caster isn't functioning correctly.

I can no longer find magic weapons based on nets. It is still possible to look up nets as legacy weapons, but the magical nets seem to be gone.
EDIT: Sorry, my mistake. The "nets" are available when I add equipment.
Fatti non foste a viver come bruti ma per seguir virtute e canoscenza
The Ranger Level 2 Fighting Style feat selection doesn't actually let you add a fighting style in dndbeyond character builder.
It's hidden behind Critical role Toogle as I recall.

New Blindness/Deafness spell entity seems to have incorrect range of 30ft (same as legacy) instead of updated 120ft according to Playbook 2024.

Musket and Pistol are not options for proficiency in the homebrew system. I figured they would be now that they are core martial weapons.
Dear People of DndBeyond.

The homebrew system does not give "Select a Standard Language" as an option unless you've copied an official 2024 species.
