The ring says that you can cast Light and Faerie Fire - however, both of those require a saving throw for some (or all) of their effects, yet don't provide a DC for them. I assume that isn't intended?
There's a rule that covers this:
A magic item may require the user to use their own spellcasting ability when casting a spell from the item. If the user has more than one spellcasting ability, the user chooses which one to use with the item. If the user doesn’t have a spellcasting ability, their spellcasting ability modifier is +0 for the item, and the user’s Proficiency Bonus applies.
Also Light doesn't have a saving throw. The 2014 version did, but you've linked the 2024 version.
Ah, so it does. Still getting used to the '24 versions. Gonna need to get used to that - thank you, though! Sorry for the confusion.
Just a heads up in case you play with a group playing the '14 rules in the future: The 2014 DMG has the same rule in the same spot, talking about the activation of magic items.
Hi ther, by the way, i didn't found the 2024 version of "Flame Tongue Shortsword" to equip a 2024 character, i use the "legacy" version, the other weapons seems okay.

is it a bug ?
They didn't add a duplicate entry for the existing items because they're identical, that's all. Not a bug. However, if you can't access it without the 2014 DMG, then THAT would be a bug.

Just to expand on what Athanar90 said: the only difference between the 2014 and 2024 versions of Flame Tongue is what types of weapons it's available for. The old version was only for swords, while the new version can be any melee weapon. So, when the 2024 updates were released, D&D Beyond added new instances of Flame Tongue for all the melee weapon types that weren't already available, but they didn't add extra 2024 copies of the ones that already existed in the 2014 rules, because nothing else about them had changed.
However, the interface appears to put a "Legacy" tag on anything sourced from the 2014 Dungeon Master's Guide, including the various sword Flame Tongues. That doesn't actually mean anything in practice and you're not missing out on anything by not having a non-Legacy shortsword version.

Doesn't matter, still do not like it - don't want "Legacy" tag anything on my 2024 character sheets.

That's fair, though since they have yet to actually fully implement all of the functional aspects of the 2024 updates, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for a change that has no functional impact.

Hell, they haven't implemented scaling statblocks which were introduced in Tasha's back in 2020.
Supernatural Gifts (Charms and Blessings) are not currently supported on DDB.
This is still the case? Politely; why not? They may not be used as often as they should but they are part of the core rules and have been since 2014. Also, not to make assumptions about other people's jobs but they seem pretty easy to implement no? I can basically do it via a homebrew feat I suppose, but that only make me wonder why it hasn't already been done.
As others have noted, certain items from the 2024 DMG are locked as if I don't own the DMG. When I click the item link (even from the DMG page) it takes me to the marketplace link to buy the DMG (which I already own). Additionally, these items are unavailable to my character sheets.
These Items include: -moon-touched weapons -nature's mantle -saddle of the cavalier -sword of vengeance -tome of the stilled tongue
Not sure if there are more, but these are the ones that I have found thus far
Not sure what the fix was here, but this is about the time i lost access to this item. Now it tells me I need to purchase the DMG, yet when I go to the DMG it shows that I already have it purchased.
