I cannot Find Rime of the Frostmaiden on my Google Play App. I tried reinstalling, I still can't see it. was it removed from D&D Beyond App, or I cannot locate it on the App. Every other book seems to be available.
tap the Account button (which may be hidden under more); double click your username/avatar, a customer service options will appear; tap it and choose "download latest manifest." I may be missing a step or I may not have the menu titles quite right. My mobile device isn't handy to check. But hopefully that will help some.
Apologies if this issue has been raised previously, but I didn't see anything when I ran a general search.
The grid on map 2.6, the Dark Duchess, is impossible to align. The grid of the middle ship isn't positioned even remotely close to the grids of the left and right ships.
In this book, an illustration was added for the axe beak, but it was not added to the monster itself.
I initally thought the illustration hadn't been added to the existing Basic Rules monster so that people who don't own this book wouldn't have access to that illustration, but then the new illustrations from Fizban's Treasury of Dragons of the various life stages of blue dragons were added to the Basic Rules blue dragons (wyrmling, young, adult, ancient). If the blue dragon's illustration situation is not an error and is as similar to the axe beak's illustration situation as it seems, it would be nice if the same could be done for the axe beak.
In the pronunciation guide, Ogolai Thuunlakalaga, is described as "Chief of the Akannathi goliath tribe of Wyrmdoom Crag" but Ogolai is the Chief of the Thuunlakalaga tribe.

Both of these are as printed by Wizards of the Coast.
If errata is issued for this book, we will implement it. 😊
Because their contract with WOTC requires them to reproduce the books as is; they are only authorized to change text when/if WOTC issues errante, which they haven’t yet, despite that it is a clear misprint.
Obviously this topic is for reporting errors in reproduction of the text provided by WotC, but I'm unsure of any better place to raise this concern:
In the rules for Chain Lightning, it repeatedly calls for "Athletics (Dexterity)" checks...
Pardon my ignorance, but isn't Athletics one of the only Strength based skill proficiencies?
If a character has gone to the trouble of increasing their Strength, to make the most of achieving proficiency in Athletics, what (if any) bonuses are they supposed to get, here?
Is Athletics now a Dex skill & I missed it? (Baldur's Gate also required Dex for Athletics, I think...) If so, ouch for Str chars...
I was confused about this recently as well when prepping this part of the module. Basically, any Ability score can apply to any skill. It's just that Strength is typically associated with Athletics. But it doesn't have to be. So if your party is playing an athletic sport that relies mostly on Dexterity (as is the case with Chain Lightning), you use their Dexterity modifier and add their Athletics proficiency if they have one. You can combine any ability with any skill for a check. Let's say Xardorok Sunblight captures a character and is torturing them for information about the party. You might call for a Constitution (Deception) check to resist the interrogation and provide false information. Maybe you have a bard who's juggling for a king, so you call for a Dexterity (Performance) check. Maybe you have a Barbarian who's trying to scare a bunch of thugs out of starting a fight, so he grabs one of their swords and bends it out of shape -- Strength (Intimidation) check. The sky's the limit. Once I learned about this rule (which is either in the PHB or DMG, it's always been a rule in 5e), it really opened up a lot of RP possibilities for me.

Not only was I unaware of this, so were the other DMs in our group!
Is it really spelled out in the DMG??? I'd think this would be common knowledge!

Throughout the entire book, I'm seeing problems with the lengths of traveling. Also, I'm not sure if the Poster Map is to scale but using the scale the distances from the book don't match.
On page 11 "Overland Travel" it says on foot without snow shoes you can travel 1/4 mile per hour. So it'll take 4 hours to travel 1 mile.
On page 32 "Bryn Shander" it says Targos is a 2-hour travel time (on foot is what I interpret). However, Targos is 2 miles away. It should take you 8 hours to travel on foot right? Or 2 hours on a dog sled because on Page 11 it states dog sleds travel at 1 mile per hour.
So I've dealt with this problem by doing some simple DM changes and they have dog sleds now so I use those times for that because that's the math it tells you to use.
So on page 88, Tagos' quest to Kelvin's Cairn, "Journey to Kelvin's Cairn" states that they have a 29-mile journey from Targos to Caer-Konig and that it'll take them 14.5 hours to travel there on foot and 7 hours on dog sleds. On foot then it should take them 116 hours to travel 29 miles not 14.5 hours and on a dog sled, it should take them 29 hours to travel 29 miles.
The distance from Targos to Caer-Konig on the Poster Map is 14.5 miles and it should take them 58 hours on foot and 14.5 hours on dog sleds.
So I'm confused as to if I should be using the math chart provided on page 11 or if I should be using the text from page 88. Also, is the Poster Map to scale and should reference from that in the future?

I think Targos to Bryn Shander takes less time because a road connects them. It isn't exactly overland travel. I might be wrong though.
It makes sense that if you traveled on the road you would travel faster than overland. My Problem is still that the distance from Targos to Caer-Konig is still wrong either in the book or on the poster map. The map shows 14.5 miles and the book says 29 miles on page 88.

I just noticed, in the Winter Everlasting section of the Epilogue: https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/idrotf/epilogue#WinterEverlasting
It says it "allows Levistus to open portals between Icewind Dale and the sixth layer of the Nine Hells".
However if I reference Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes: https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/mtof/the-blood-war#LordsoftheNine
It says Levistus is the ruler of Stygia which is the fifth layer of the Nine Hells.

Xardarok Sunblight's monster page has some weird vertical column of text in middle of it.

This is still broken. An image exists in the Frostmaiden campaign book but not the Creature entry.
