It is unofficial home brew - but I have found it a reasonably good tool ( with some thought and care ) for keeping home built races reasonably balanced.
Maybe try out your race in this framework and see what kind of score they end up with?

I am sorry I'm new to this whole post thing. I forgot to upload the specs of the race. If you would like to see the race it called Astral Summoner. I also did created a variant for humans to make it interesting
How often can the creatures be summoned? That looks like a very powerful ability. Compare it to the 2nd level [Tooltip Not Found] or 3rd level Conjure Animals and Summon Lesser Demons.
As Panta says, what creatures or stat blocks are you using? If the ability was once per Long Rest, and tracked like Summon Lesser Demons and Summon Greater Demon it may be more balanced.
But, and this is just my opinion, this Race ability reads more like a Class ability, a sub variant of a Warlock or Sorcerer perhaps?
In your game, what class has this player taken?
I imagine they are lacking somewhat in proficiencies, reading your description, Arcana and/or Perception would be good fits? Although Perception would stack Astral Vision, how has that worked in game for you?
I would also be tempted to add a Cantrip linked to their chosen plane. Primal Savagery for Creation perhaps? Guidance for Time? Appreciate I am making some assumptions about your dimensional planes but I am sure you can find one that fits.
Well.. It looks more like a class than a race. I believe the summoning aspect is the one thats off balance, Maybe you can reduce how many creatures they can summon, or limiting their summonings by saying they have to "attune" to the plain once again to summoning new creatures
You made one clear and simple mistake: You made it scale. That is, as they become more powerful, their ability to summon becomes more powerful. No official race does that. The closest that comes to that is races that get a 1/use spell at 3rd and another at 5th.
You made it scale all the way up to level 20. NEVER DO THAT. Effectively it requires you to balance the race at start, again when it hits level 5, again when it hits 9, again ....
Races should not get a scaling ability. That is what classes are for. Give them abilities that slowly become less valuable. It's not the Race that makes them powerful, it's the classes.
The best you can do is instead to pick low level abilities that retain some usefulness at higher levels. Shield Spell not Jump. Misty Step, not Crown of Madness.
Some abilities do scale with level (e.g. Dragonborn breath weapon), but the scaling is horrendous (dragonborn breath weapon does barely more damage than basic melee). To be comparable in power with something like that, figure that a combat summon (standard action to summon, duration 1 minute or so) would be about CR 1/4 at level 1, increasing to CR 1/2 at level 5 and CR 1 at level 11.
apologies for the late reply, but this race would be limited to Sorcerer, warlock and wizard, but I actually have found it to be OP when playing as the fighter class
I placed the size factor for the creatures as a balancer, so in order to fix it a little more, put the number they can summon plus the size of the creatures able to be summoned together when the character levels up so does their summon ability

I created a race that came from the astral planes, but for some reason it's been to powerful at higher levels.
What should I do to balance it out? Especially the plane of destruction? And Creation?
We have no frame of reference for what it does, so we have no way to advise you.

If you don't give actual stats for the race, we can't help you.

I would echo the sentiment that we need more data to be able to advise.
However, one tool I can point you toward is the Race Creation Guide by James Musicus.

Without knowing the details of the summoning it's hard to say, but it's probably summoning too strong entities?

ok So if you would figure, the size of the Creature goes up when the character levels up. I see. thanks you
