Description
A sand shark is a creature of elemental earth that, as its name would suggest, resembles and behaves like a shark. Though capable of swimming and breathing in most forms of soil, they prefer sandy terrain, partly because it is easier to move through, but mostly because of their unique respiratory system.
Unlike many elemental creature, sand sharks need to breathe. Their specialized gills exact oxygen trapped in the soil they pass through. Due to its fine size and the ease with which it shifts, sand often contains a higher concentration of trapped oxygen, making it easier for a sand shark to breathe. However, if a sand shark becomes stranded above ground, it begins to suffocate, just as normal sharks due when drawn from the water.
As they swim through the earth, they also swallow mineral deposits, which are used to form the shark's teeth. It is not uncommon for a sand shark's teeth to be made of iron or precious metals or stones.
Based on the picture, the sand shark should have breach. Otherwise, amazing earth shark. If I manage to get a campaign to last, I will definitely throw this at my players.

While a breach attack was featured in the megalodon I did a few years back, I soon came to realize it was unnecessary. A breach can still be accomplished mechanically through the shark's movement and an attack with a dash of descriptive flavor.
Blood Frenzy. The shark has advantage on melee attack rolls against any creature that doesn't have all its hit points.
Death Burst. When the shark dies, it explodes in a burst of lava. Each creature within 10 feet of it must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking 7 (2d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If the shark is reduced to 0 hit points by cold damage, this trait doesn't function, and the shark solidifies into a statue of solid obsidian instead.
Freeze. If the shark takes cold damage, it partially solidifies; its speed is halved and it makes attack rolls with disadvantage until the end of its next turn.
Heated Body. A creature that touches the shark or hits it with a melee attack while within 5 feet of it takes 3 (1d6) fire damage.
Illumination. The shark sheds bright light in a 30-foot radius and dim light in an additional 30 feet.
Magma Breathing. The shark can breathe only in lava.
Water Susceptibility. For every 5 feet the shark moves in water, or for every gallon of water splashed on it, it takes 1 cold damage.
Volcanic Camouflage. The shark has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made while in fire, lava, or magma.
Actions
Bite.Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) fire damage.
Description
A lava shark is a creature of elemental fire that dwells within lava lakes. Though they are native to the Plane of Fire, they have occasionally be found in volcanic calderas and lava tubes on the Material plane. They patrol volcanic "shores" in search of prey, and will feed on any creature or flammable matter they encounter.
A lava shark's body is composed of magma. Usually when one dies, the animating forces keeping its body under pressure to maintain its form dissipates and it bursts in a spectacular eruption. However, if a lava shark is killed by freezing it, such as with cold damage or immersing it in water, its body solidifies into an obsidian statue.
An obsidian lava shark statue weighs around 5,000 pounds and can be worth up to 10,000 gp to the right buyer, provided it can be recovered undamaged.
Blood Frenzy. The shark has advantage on melee attack rolls against any creature that doesn't have all its hit points.
Invisible in Water. The shark is invisible while fully immersed in water. If the shark takes cold damage, it partially freezes, making it visible until the end of its next turn.
Water Form. The shark can enter a hostile creature's space and stop there. It can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.
Actions
Bite.Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) piercing damage.
Whelm (Recharge 4–6). Each creature in the shark's space must make a DC 14 Strength saving throw. On a failure, a target takes 13 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage. If it is Large or smaller, it is also grappled (escape DC 14). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained and unable to breathe unless it can breathe water. If the saving throw is successful, the target is pushed out of the shark's space.
The shark can grapple one Large creature smaller creature at one time. At the start of each of the shark's turns, a target grappled by it takes 13 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage. A creature within 5 feet of the shark can pull a creature or object out of it by taking an action to make a DC 14 Strength check and succeeding.
Description
All sharks live in water, making the name "water shark" sound redundant. Though not much better, the term "aqua shark" refers to a creature of elemental water; a shark composed of water rather than one that merely living in it. Being composed of water, an aqua shark is indistinguishable from the liquid around with while its it submerged.
Like most elementals, yet unlike other elemental shark species, an aqua shark has no need to breathe, and can move about on land, flowing as a water elemental does. However, outside of water, they lose some of their most potent hunting advantages. Namely, they are much slower and completely visible while out of the water.
They're called land sharks, yes. But they aren't actually sharks. The sand shark featured above is. It's also loosely based on the sand shark as it appeared in the Dark Sun setting, which is what the artwork was originally for.

Blood Frenzy. The shark has advantage on melee attack rolls against any creature that doesn't have all its hit points.
Dart. The shark can use the Dash action as a bonus action.
Dive Attack. If the shark is flying and dives at least 30 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a melee weapon attack, the attack deals an extra 9 (2d8) damage to the target.
Keen Sight. The shark has has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks relying on vision.
Momentum. The shark adds its Dexterity modifier to its melee attack and damage rolls (already included in the shark's attacks).
Actions
Bite.Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d8 + 8) piercing damage.
Wing.Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d6 + 8) bludgeoning damage and the target must succeed on a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone.
Mist Form. The shark transforms into a cloud of vapor or reverts to its true form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying is also transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.
While in mist form, the shark is incapacitated. It retains its flying speed, but gains the ability to hover, and it can pass through any space that isn’t airtight. It has advantage on Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution saving throws, is resistant to nonmagical damage, and gains immunity to the following conditions: exhaustion, grappled, paralyzed, petrified, poisoned, prone, restrained, and unconscious.
Reactions
Strafe. If the shark misses a creature with its bite attack, it can make a wing attack against that creature.
Description
Wind sharks are predatory creatures native to the Elemental Plane of Air. They are, essentially, flying sharks, with large feathery wings in place of pectoral fins. Their skin is smooth rather than rough like most sharks, making their streamlined bodies even more aerodynamic.
Wind sharks face less resistance from the air they swim through than other sharks do from their own habitats, allowing a wind shark to move quite quickly for its size. They hunt by lunging at prey like a missile. Should their jaws fail to hit their target, they are known to strike at their target with their pectoral fins as they pass in an attempt to knock a flying target into freefall to prevent it from escaping.
Should the tides of a hunt turn, wind sharks possess the ability to sublimate their bodies into a vaporous form of elemental air to try and escape from would-be predators.

As someone who isn't really into sharks but more so into bad cinema, there is whole suite of bad/poorly made/hilarious movies based on sharks, and quite few of these definitely have been inspired by movies especially low budget SY-FY ones. For some reason there is almost whole sub-genre of bad-good shark movies such as.
Would recommend checking out: Ice sharks 2016, Sharknado (all of them, the movie franchise as a whole had quite interesting arc), sharktopus vs whalewolf (2015), mega shark vs mecha shark (2014).
Source: Devote fan of bad movies.
P.S. I just ran sharknado inspired 20th level adventure where party was tasked with either disarming or redirecting a... sharknado. They got destroyed as party escaped via Well of Many Worlds as the fighters dying body got carried away into ocean by the sharknado. Thanks @Sam_hain for all of your hard work so that i can throw creatures from bad shark media at my players it always makes for funny yet usually deadly encounters <3
I've seen those movies, as well as 2, 3, 4, and 5 headed shark attack films, and will not deny that a great many of these ludicrous sharks were based on the films.
Glad the sharknado got a bit of mileage. It's always nice to know the things I put together are useful to someone.
Seriously, thank you so much for making all of these sharks. Not only are they absolutely terrifying and hilarious at the same time (looking at you, Wind Shark, and the 5 headed Shark) but they're super useful!
I'm thinking of running a horror/comedy campaign set in a plane completely under a nightmare demon's control (think Bill Cipher), and a lot of these absolutely ludicrous sharks would work wonders! That is, if I don't drive my players mad with the other antics I have set up for them first...
